All I did was order a large soda and I was never called for my drink and waited a long time to just a large drink. They stood there chatting to each other and didn’t even tell us oue drink was ready and it was hidden behind the counter. How am I supposed to know my drink was hidden behind their pick up counter. Lol

I’ve worked at a Burger King for 6 years so when I say off the grill, i know what it looks like and feel like. The patty should hot that i can still burn your finger by touch. Sad to say that what ever the customer requested they never did. Patty is dried up already. What happened Burger King? Where are your standards? Fries was hotter than the burger. Date 2 042 016

The sign «no cup for water» they are either to cheap to supply cups or I don’t know what else. I guess you have to bring your own cup for water. It’s not you can steal soda because the water fountain is behind the counter. Overall, I got the whopper and the meat was kinda dry and my buns. My burger buns fell apart when I was lifting my burger up.

I stopped by Burger King with my mom. I was just craving a vanilla milkshake. My mom decided to ask for just a cup of water., she kindly ask the guy for some water after I paid for my shake. He rudely and with attitude said you will have to wait, after a while handed her the cup of water and rudely put a sign up next to the register. Making it sound, so we can all see. No cups of water. Wow!!! Really you deny a cup a water to a customer. Such bad Customer service. Never again will we stop by this Burger King. People like this make a business go down. This happend on a Wednesday afternoon btw.

Why write a review for a fast food restaurant you might ask. Well, there are some differences, some are for the better and some are not. This location is a decent option at the food court, I prefer BK over McDs in general.

This is the second chance i have given this specific burger king. They have failed again. I ordered 2 kids meals and a chicken sandwich meal. Get my stuff heading out of drive thru i grab a fry, Its ice cold and hard. so i pull to the front and go in to get new fries. the lady in charge acts all pissy to me, like its my fault she gave out crappy old fries. then says 2 ½ minute wait I say fine. So i get my fries go home about half a mile we sit to eat. I take 1 bite of my original chicken sandwich and have to spit it out It is hard as a rock and tastes disgusting. This place serves food that has been sitting around forever. I think the health dept needs to run a check. If you want good food and good service, stay the hell out of this place.

Update on this place since the last review was like 3 years ago.
Just like Amy, I’m basing this comparison off other Burger Kings and not other restaurants in general.
The food here is alright. Burgers taste the same as any other Burger King. The onion rings I’ve gotten have all been pretty good and so have the fries. Their soda has been flat though at times. Not much has really changed food-​wise from Amy’s review.
The service is a different story though. It’s like the workers don’t really care. They just want to get you your food and have you be gone as fast as possible. I appreciate the quickness but still, have a little emotion. Fast food zombie employees.
It’s one of the better choices in the Newpark Mall food court.

So… my standard disclaimer: I am rating this in comparison with other Burger Kings and not other restaurants in general.
The BK Veggie is one of the better chain restaurant veggie burgers… and if you do a price/​taste analysis it’s even better. I’ve eaten at this particular location several times (although it shames me to admit shopping at ghetto mall). The fries have been fresh both times and the free onion rings that I got (from the cup peely thing) were edible but not great. Also, the soda was a little flat on one occassion.
The four stars are for the fresh (relatively) food and the good service.
