I went there for lunch with my co workers and the waiter charged my credit card $ 17 when my total came out to $ 12 (including tip). Also, the server was horrible, they messed up my order and normally 1 hour lunch break turned into 2 hours.

Breakfast was quick and good. Hard to mess up eggs and bacon. Grits were outstanding. Lots of locals coming in and out. Service was great.

Once upon a time I used to order delivery from Annabella’s very frequently. All changed when the delivery got lost on his bike on his way to my house and refused to follow the directions that I gave him. Now the delivery guys walk to all of the locations. It’s super frustrating because I truly do enjoy their breakfast and lunch but they only deliver during certain hours and all of their delivery guys walk. Invest in a bike for the delivery guys. Losing out on business because they can only walk short distances isn’t the way to go. I have no complaints when it comes to the food I just wish that they treated the delivery side of the business just like they do the walk in orders.

I dined in for the first time this afternoon. The place is a definite go to for breakfast and lunch. I keep it light here for breakfast opting for the potato n eggs on a roll though co-​workers have told me the French toast eggs and beef sausage is pretty decent. As for lunch the chicken parm panini has got my vote for Annabelle’s best! (Disclaimer: it’s about the only thing lunch-​wise I’ve ordered)
I likely will sample other parts of the menu at some point but as with most diners, once you have that one it’s over for everything else.
Had to keep it 4 star for the fountain drinks. When I order the iced tea and it’s Lipton Brisk a Ben Affleck sad just rolls over me.

Excellent service– let’s get that out of the way. The drink that I wanted (root beer) was out and the waitress actually went around the corner to get it. She wouldn’t take no for an answer. The food is good. It’s above average diner food that comes out quickly enough to have a good sit down meal for lunch. Usually I go once a week. The soups are decent, the burgers are very good.

Came for breakfast and it was pretty good. Actually better then I had anticipated they have a large dining room in back. This place I believe is a local police hang out spot jus letting you know in case you drive parking isn’t really permitted owner or cashier was very nice

This will certainly become a «go-​to lunch spot» for my co-​worker buddies and I.
2 out of 2 times that I’ve been here, with my co-​workers, the quality of the food is superb and consistent. The staff is super friendly and interior of this restaurant is clean.
For the two times that I have dined here, I ordered the Eggplant Cutlet Parm. Sandwich and the Chicken Cutlet Parm. Sandwich with Sweet Potato Fries. The eggplant cutlet and chicken cutlets were nicely seasoned/​sauced and juicy, certainly gave me the impression that the ingredients that were used in the sandwiches were nice and fresh! The sweet potato fries were just as amazing, crunchy and seasoned perfectly.
Def. will be coming back often for more lunches!

My sever Kevin was the best he made me feel at home. The food was so so everything fried was horrible but ya better thank Kevin cuz he fixed it right up for me differently go back just for him but staying away from there fry foods selection

Gonna be a go to spot for me, I had a Florentine omelette (spinach and feta), with egg whites, was made perfect. Place is clean and larger than I thought, can’t wait to go back and try lunch stuff. Our waiter was great, friendly and super attentive.

Ordering for delivery is so quick… I never have complaints. Dining in I didn’t have a great experience and it was because they were very short staff the day I came so you could imagine the lunch rush ended up being slow but I won’t give them a horrible review for that.
This review though was based on a grilled chicken with roasted peppers, mozzarella cheese and balsamic on a hoagie bread… OMG it was bomb… delish…tasty…I would so order this again. I wish I took a pic of it but I was so hungry I ate half then 3 hours later the other half. It was a pretty big sandwich. And the reason I didn’t take a pic was because I was working stuffing my face.
They also have a tasty chicken Caesar salad… their food is very good. Give them a try.

I have been to annabelles 3 times and i would give this place 5⁄5 every time. The florentine omelette with wheat toast and home fries is incredible. I loved the blue berry pancakes i had last time. The pan cakes here are fluffier than anything you will get an ihop. The only issue i have annabelles is that they dont have fresh orange or apple juice. Today they didnt have chocolate milk either. I would be a huge upgrade if they had some fresh orange juice since i come here mostly for the breakfast. Otherwise the service and coffee are great and we didnt have to wait long for the food. Plus they have 10% student discount and the food is cheap as it is. Love this place and ill be coming back soon.

Very nice clean place and big portions of the food. George the owner makes you feel not like a customer but like a family member. Thee food is yummy and the prices very very cheap. A MUST go ev1!!!

I came to Annabella’s Kitchen based upon the wonderful reviews from our Unilocal family. This restaurant had been Francine’s years ago.
«Here’s the bottom line»:
— Customer service was «Very friendly».
— Place was ««Extremely clean».
— My three egg omelette with provolone and tomato was «Very light» to my surprise.
–The omelette didn’t leave you stuffed.
It came with two sides of white toast and potatoes. The potatoes were slightly plump and crisp, Not the least bit greasy.
–The omelette was «Simply Delicious».
–Omelette price «Affordable» at $ 5.70.
Would definitely return to Annabella’s Kitchen!

Came here for a sit down breakfast. Had egg white omelette with ham spinach and onion. Pretty good! Coffee on point. Pretty busy with the construction workers but orders seem to move fast. Prices are great! Waitress was really friendly! Bathroom clean and tons of tables in the back area.

If you sit down, ask for Kevin. He is the best server. Make sure to tip him well.
Lunch special is a good deal.

Annabella’s is a great new addition to Newark. There are few places in the area that offer a wide variety of food in a clean setting with nice staff.
They have a very large menu that includes breakfast sandwiches and breakfast platters, sandwiches, wraps, subs, and paninis for lunch, and even large dinner style entrees.
Annabella’s is very affordable too. You can often eat a good lunch for about $ 5 – 7. The staff is very friendly. You can pick your food up to go or you can sit at one of their many tables and be waited on.
However, beware that Annabella’s is only open for breakfast and lunch. It closes at 4 on weekdays and is only open for a few hours on Saturdays.
