I had a very bad experience here the other day. I strongly recommend avoiding this location. I bought the some pants here and I noticed that they messed up the tailoring for me so I went to change it. They said no problem, come back next week. I went back the following week they gave me a defected one this time. I asked them to change it for me and they gave me all sort of unnecessary inconveniences. The store staff… and manager Katie Lally were unhelpful and unprofessional. Lululemon should hire or better train their staff.

Heard about lululemon for about a few years and finally got to check this place out…
There’s a nice selections of women/​men sports wear… all are only one size… you basically have to be small to fit in certain clothing’s…they have a yoga /​gym station… Nice clean area… Nice amount of people working here… there is a good amount of people shopping there… about twelve or thirteen… Prices are pretty pricey… like 90 bucks for a pieces of sports wear… In my mind this better make my ass look nice if its 90 bucks for some yoga pants… there pants and tops are pretty unique… different types of designs for your selected preference. There is a restroom… and the staff is pretty helpfully and attentive… Try to help you basics needs…

You can say whatever you like about their products but I think their free yoga classes on Sunday mornings is one of their bigger perks. I am not an avid Yoga practitioner so taking these free yoga classes is more of a cross-​training and relaxation for me. I also really like this location a lot on Madison. It’s very spacious and they seem to have more products here than other locations. The free yoga classes start at 9:30am on Sunday mornings. They set up the yoga mats for you so you don’t have to bring your own. The instructors are different every week and they do different types of Yoga workouts. This past Sunday, I had an instructor from Pure Yoga and she was fantastic. I am not the most flexible person in the world (I still can’t reach my toes without bending my knees) but her ‘adjustments’ were effective and tolerable for my body. The staff here is also very friendly.

I had the most ridiculous experience here the other day, and would recommend avoiding this location. I enjoy the lululemon. .. and have found staff to be generally helpful, courteous, and pretty knowledgeable.
Recently went to this one expecting the same but was met with unhelpful chaos. There were about 4 people working the floor and maybe 3 customers including me. No one offered to help me by setting up a fitting room, and when I needed another size no one offered to assist. The staff were also yelling at one another loudly and one was singing (???) most of the time I was in the store. I get it. .. the music is good, but really? There were lots of things that I planned to purchase, but maybe it was the sing/​yelling that took me over the edge. I left all of my items and walked out. .. try all others in the city before this one.

I take my original review back. I’ve been to this location a few times since I wrote it and they were sold out of most sizes and the service was not very helpful. I felt like they didn’t want to bother to help if I wasn’t spending a TON of money, versus buying just one items (which isn’t terribly inexpensive anyway). But it’s still cool that they offer free yoga classes for everyone.

For $ 58, I think I finally found a pair of shorts for bikram yoga that my ass wont fall out of. Namaste, indeed.

I love this location because it’s in a quiet area. I always get sucked into getting something every time. What is it about overpriced workout clothes? In a way, I’m more motivated when I have my Lulu hoodie on (with the «love every moment» along the hood). I feel good when I wear tight fitting clothes that conform to my body.
