Delicious, healthy food that’s quick and that’s exactly what I was looking for. I got the burrito bowl(quinoa bowl) with smoked tofu and I’m really pleased with it!

Fresh & Co. specializes in customized salads. Upon entrance, customers can approach the station from which they would like to place an order. The basics are to choose a lettuce type followed by toppings. This place probably works better in theory than in reality unless you order from a preselected menu of salads that include multiple toppings for a relatively reasonable price. The average salad is generous in size, but will run you approximately $ 11 upward. Being practical, this is just unreasonable to charge for lettuce and the small quantity of toppings that they add on top. I decided to do the ‘create your own’ salad. It includes four basic toppings, extras such as cheese or otherwise will cost around $ 1 more. This can get pretty pricey if you would like more than the plain basics. The staff here were super patient and helpful when explaining our orders. I would hesitatingly return again, if only to try a different menu item other than the salad. Although my salad was good, it was very difficult to justify the ranking system for how the determine which topping will cost an extra fifty cents to a dollar. These small up-charges can easily lead to fairly pricey salad. The saying is true, to be healthy can cost more!

They have sosososoo many vegan options it’s amazing! Holy guacamole they have vegan collard green wraps, they have vegan quinoa salads with soy ginger dressing & quinoa like I’m in love! They also have soy milk alternatives as well as iced coffee that doesn’t taste too pungent or too watered down just right. This is a great find! The place is clean, it’s right by the train station & everything is white & aesthetically pleasing. There are also seats & chairs as well as little tables you can sit & enjoy your meal. I just took a bite of the collard green wrap & it is SO bomb. It’s got corn, beans as well as red onions & chipotle vinaigrette & beyond chicken meat which I think I also saw an avocado substitute option if you don’t like the faux soy meat. I thing their chipotle vinaigrette is bombastic & tastes really fresh & the collard green is also very fresh. They also have vegan paninis like broccoli with daiya cheese & mushroom panini & this other one. They ALL sound absolutely fantastic. A must return spot!!!

My «go to» salad place near my office. The line moves lickity-split and the ingredients are fresh. They do not have the same trendy or sophisticated ingredients that Sweet Greens has(what is steelhead fish, anyway?) but if you like a solid salad with the normal variety of ingredients and dressings this is a great place. One time they made a mistake and added cheese when I asked them to «hold the cheese» and they were happy to remake the salad. This is the type of place where the customer is always right and they understand that time is of the essence. The only times that I’ve been less than pleased is when I go during off-peak hours(after 2 pm or so) and seems like that staff is fried and are caught up in conversation with each other. They seem to provide the best service when they are the busiest, which works for me! PS– When I checked-in on Unilocal I got a coupon for a bottle of water and I downloaded the loyalty program which should be good for a free salad after I get 10 salads. Its based on dollar amounts but that’s what it should come out to.

I love their falafel salad and get it all the time but the service sucks!!! The employees that work the salad bar are rude, actually it’s just one girl with a mega big attitude. Today I went to get a soup and walked out with a large cup of celery broth and nothing else. Ridiculous! I’ll walk the extra few blocks and go to chopt!

Love fresh and co in general, hate this location. Curse myself each time I decide to give it another try out of convenience. Eat in and you will have to endure non-stop employee conversation complete with expletives and inappropriate subject matter. You may even be hit with a mop as they often chose to mop right up to the tables with people eating. Order delivery and you will get about 2⁄3 the amount of salad that should be in the bowl and probably the wrong dressing. Do yourself a favor and go to the Columbus circle location. The owner of this one really should take some pointers from that owner.

Not Celiac friendly! Even though this establishment is claiming they are gluten free its not enough for celiac sensitivity. One major issue instead of listing all issues. The breaded chicken is next to all other forms of meat. This is dangerous. I ordered a salad that had meat in it. The server took the scoop out of the breaded chicken and procedded to scoop another meat onto my salad. The bread from the breaded chicken was clearly mixing into the other food and is of serious concern for those with certain food allergies. I mentioned this to the server and was met with a rude stare. I then had to explain that they shouldnt mix foods before serving them. Another blank stare and a dismissive wave of the hand. For an establishment to be gluten free but have cross contamination issues is of serious concern. They will receive an email. This puts the customers at serious risk and makes fresh&co liable for negligence. Eat at your own risk…

So I m visiting NewYork and I wanted to get a salad. Went to this place and employees seem to be chatting and not really paying attention. I got the steak salad and to be honest, it was actually really delicious. bUT while I was in the middle of enjoying my salad, I thought I chewed on a piece of bone, but then it turns out, it was the sriracha cap! Like WTF. That was just nasty, other people have found chicken bones in the salad too, guess customers need to be careful and not crack a tooth.

The salads here are so fresh! You can make your own or select from their signature ones. They have a new maple kale which I ordered that was so good. I added feta and brussel sprouts.

Food is good but the staff at the salad bar gave everyone an attitude like they were disgusted that we were there

This location of fresh & co is very clean and the service and all the employees are very friendly. The bathroom, however is in a very smelly basement. I hope they don’t do cooking down there. Not sure if they were having a plumbing problem this week or if this is normal, but it smelled like swine. I’ll stay upstairs and not use the restroom anymore because I generally think this is a good place for lunch. The quinoa salad assortment is out of this world.

I LOVE the staff here. I don’t love the vomiting, nausea and cold sweats after my lunch today. And the shameless pricing on stuff. I won’t be back.

I created my own salad today and everything was great. Everything was fresh and the staff helped me out because it was first time trying this place out

Would agree with the average rating. Meh. We found a chicken bone in the food. Very sharp one at that. Quinoa was a bit stale/dry. The staff was funny but not professional at all. The food consisted of well thought dishes, but poorly prepared. It seems as though this place was well designed, but is managed poorly.

Good for the most part depends on what looks fresh. I like to get salad at dinner time in my way home. Just add a protein and your good to go!

Trying to order delivery two days in the rows and they place you on hold for 6 – 8 minutes, basically you have to pickup your food because no one it’s taking your delivery order over the phone lunch time.

I walked in and was overwhelmed with the smell of ammonia. While I ordered my food it gave me a headache and I politely complained. The attendant told the manager who instead of thanking him for the info started loudly saying: «we don’t use anything chemical smelling. What is she talking about?» Not a good sign for the management of this establishment. Don’t trust the food if this is how they handle a complaint.

LOVEDIT! I highly recommend Fresh&Co. My experience with them was through a food delivery. I ordered breakfast for my boss and I; we had a veggie omelet with mushrooms and a western omelet with turkey bacon on the side. Both of our orders came with home fries baked potatoes and butter whole grain toast. Our orders were perfectly organized and everything tasted really good &FRESH! Amazingly, the food also arrived warm. After enjoying and finishing our delicious breakfast, we took a look at the menu. We are most definitely going to be ordering again. What they offer can for sure satisfy any healthy cravings or in fact everyone. Ps. — I’ve actually have walked past a Fresh&Co. and the place is very«illuminate». I’m pretty sure you can see what your food looks like very clear. Can’t wait to try their Quinoa.
