A local Manhattan chain, serving coffee, breakfast, lunch and snacks to go. A great concept with everything from granola, to bagels to omelettes. The bagel selection and spreads available were definitely impressive. My hotel had a Fresh&Co right outside, but I opted to walk to one a few blocks away as it wasn’t as busy with hotel trade. Downside to this, they only had decaf coffee at 9am on a Saturday :(. So I just bought a rather yummy avocado toast, which was ready pretty quickly. I liked the kale on the bottom and the shear amount of avocado no expense spared. Once checked into the Unilocal app, I realised they had a check-in deal for free water. Note to self, check in pre-ordering! If you are looking for a convenient place to grab a bite, there are plenty of these around!

Similar to Freshii which I am used to seeing in Canada. This place focuses on healthy, fresh made to order salads and bowls. There’s also ready made soups. The salads include the protein which is nice and we’re all around $ 10. I had the Santa Fe salad with chicken. The veggies were all fresh — cherry tomatoes, kale, romaine, onions. The like chipotle vinaigrette was nice and loved seeing a fresh half like squeezes over the salad as it was being mixed. Space was clean ans welcoming and staff were friendly. Menu easy to read and order.

same prices as chopt with terrible salad. Chopt is ten times better and worth the only like 3 more block difference. I went to Fresh&Co today they didn’t even have the dressing I wanted and then they’re salad was beyond mediocre, they’re mushrooms tasted like dirt. I was not pleased at all, will remain going to Chopt.

I absolutely love to eat at any of the many convenient Fresh&Co locations throughout Manhattan. We all know its not so easy to grab a quick prepared meal and not feel guilty about it later. Except… now that is possible. The décor is open, airy, bright, CLEAN, fresh, simple, and inviting. The bathrooms are spotless, the facilities are always clean. The staff is consistently friendly, and fast. The prices are decent for Manhattan prices, but the quality of the ingredients are superb. The salads, the sandwiches, and all the way through the delicious sides and desserts are really tasty and thankfully good for you.

Walking home from a long overnight shift and I open the door to fresh and co. Greeted with the nastiest attitude ever and an exclamation saying they’re not open yet. Will never go here again

Early birds beware! Although this place lists 6:00 am opening, it actually opens«when the cashier shows up,» which is apparently sometime after 6:45 am. Pretty unacceptable in my book.

It is very close to work and is very convenient, when I’m trying to eat anything healthy and light on my lunch break. Their food is very fresh(justifies the title). My favorite is Broccoli Cheddar Soup(I can eat liters of it, if it wasn’t for the price) and Roast-beef sandwich. My costumes always ask if there is anything fresh and relatively inexpensive to eat around the area, and I always tell them to go here. I like it, and so would you.

I’m very lucky that I work literally next door to this place! On my quick lunch breaks this is my go-to place! I am a big fan of their quinoa bowls as well as their lentil quinoa kale soup! I never come in here between 12:30 — 2:00 because the line is usually our the door! At 2:10 the line has already died down and I’m able to peacefully grab my specialized quinoa bowl just the way I like it! I like that I’m able to alter the ingredients to my liking. added toppings are just 50c which is not too bad! I am also a fan of their vegan sandwiches! Mm mm yum!

Went here because it happened to be in the area but was pleasantly surprised! First thing you notice as you walk in is that it is very clean and there was a fair amount of seating for a relatively small shop. Even looking at the menu I was a little less than excited to try their food but I ended up going for the tex mex quinoa bowl and was really impressed! Although there was a decent number of people there, the service was really fast and friendly. Never having caught onto the fad health crazes, I was not expecting to like this as much as I did. The ingredients were so fresh and the flavors were amazing. They give you a pretty generous portion but it feels so guilt free and healthy! It was a little pricey compared to other lunch options but considering the better ingredients I’m sure it was worth it. I was so happy to have discovered this place and would definitely consider going back again.

Pretty good custom salads and homemade soups. The bread for their pre-made paninni is good(they call them paninni but it’s more like crusty and soft hero bread with nuts and grains baked on top). What’s weird is that they take them out of the refrigerated container and toast it without opening up the sandwich so the bread is warm but what’s between the bread is ice cold. Efficient and on par with other fast food options. Not too many other delis nearby. Definitely better than Lenny’s(now called Lenwich’s)! 2 sandwiches and a small soup cost me $ 22 which is reasonable for the area.

Crowded during the lunch hours so you might have to decide on what you want a little early in the process — else they are going to pester you into making an immediate decision when you reach the salad bar! Tried the falafel salad which was really good and had a variety of flavors. When asked about the dressings I require on the salad– I asked them to put whatever goes best with the salad. Am glad I did that — so would recommend letting them decide on the salad dressings. Really quick to churn out the large crowds. Was out of the place with the salad in 5 mins even with the lunch time rush!

Although I am sad they no longer have the pasta bar for lunch, they are still a solid breakfast or lunch spot. I have been hesitant to try their quinoa bowls, I’m not big on trendy foods, but I gave in this morning because their Huevos Rancheros Quinoa bowl sounded delicious. It definitely exceeded my expectations and was one of the tastiest items I’ve eaten in awhile. For $ 7 it is VERY filling, very tasty and quite nutritious. There was a half avocado, two eggs, lemon braised kale(sounds so pretentious I know but it is really good), red beans, feta cheese(makes anything better), and colorful tortilla chips for some crunch. This may be my new breakfast staple. if my wallet can handle it! Their bagels, pastries, etc. are also very good. I think the price is warranted for the quality of ingredients.

Great salads and great vegan options. You can build your own salad and choose from a plethora of salad dressings. The vegan rice pudding was AMAZING! I’ve never had such a superb vegan rice pudding in my life. I will be back.

Very friendly staff and delicious, healthy food. I got the Wild Ginger Bowl. It was great(Except I didn’t like the texture of the fake chicken. Next time I will request real chicken or tofu.) I like how they provide a nutrition guide if you are interested in your calories and nutrients.

Great service and great food. The food is fresh and offers plenty of gluten free options. Soups are delicious! I had the lobster bisque last week and was not disappointed! Also tried one of their premade salads from the fridge — quinoa and lentil Mediterranean salad. The quinoa and lentils were super fresh — not at all mushy or tasted like they had been sitting out all week. Also a fan of their kale caesar salad! Definitely one of my go to lunch options in the area. Only reason that it’s not a full 5 star is because of the pricing — my large soup and side salad ran me about 15 bucks. I don’t mind doing this because of the quality of the food but I wanted to make sure my fellow worker bees knew what to expect. :-)

I am continually impressed with this location. It’s a quick grab and go lunch spot with finesse. Not only have they increased their vegan options, but the staff I have dealt with is always conscious of my choice and careful not to mix with non-vegan items. Staff is positive, professional and helpful. The vegan grilled cheese is my kryptonite.

Better late than never. We stopped by for breakfast on our last full day in NYC. It’s too bad we found this place on the last part of our trip, otherwise I definitely would have returned. My first impression of this business is that the staff is very welcoming and attentive. We were pleasantly greeted by various employees as we entered. The breakfast menu is extensive as there are baked goods, breakfast sandwiches, and made-to-order omelets available. We took a bit long to decide and I appreciated that the staff didn’t rrush us, and kindly made a few suggestions to help narrow our decisions. In the end, my friend and I both chose the sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich along with a coffee each. On a whim I also ordered the last blueberry muffin since it looked so lonely without any companions… and it looked yummy too. All of the food was very satisfactory and I would definitely return on a future NYC visit. NOTE: There is a «grab-and-go» section/fridge with sandwiches, juices, waters, soda, etc. Very convenient people in a rush for sure. BOTTOMLINE: Friendly service. Many menu options. Grab-and-go section is extremely convenient.
