I ordered a leotard from this shop and was utterly disappointed with what came in the mail. The customized leotard looked nothing like the picture online and the fit was awful. Maybe this certain shop doesn’t fit me well, but I was very disappointed at how it turned out. Also, when I attempted to reach them by email they did not respond. I eventually called them and was glad to find that they were willing to help. I am still waiting on my new leotard after I returned the original, so I hope it turns out better than before. I would not recommend purchasing a customized leotard online at this store unless you have seen the leotard on someone else before. One may have better luck in store.

My time is important. I(along with 5 other people) waited 15 minutes on line while four mothers and their daughters leisurely shopped in this boutique sized store that is inside of a ballet school. Did they win a private shopping spree? The large glass window and door offered a view of what seems to be a very well stocked store, full of adorable leotards, tutus, and dance shoes. I gave up and ordered a Capezio leotard from on my way to the train.

A fun place to have unique dance attire made. They have a little table with endless amounts of fabric samples to choose from. Just pick a style of leotard, unitard etc. and then tell them which fabric you want where. Good to know: they have half sizes(or can do something like small on top, medium on bottom), they can alter the design slightly for you(like criss cross the straps), and any leotard can be made as a shirt(like a sports top) so that you don’t have leotard lines if you want to wear it with pants! If it doesn’t fit right or a hole sprouts up on the seam always bring it back and have them fix it, they will do it free of charge and normally without any hassle.
