I like to support local buisness and all, but there prices are sickening on some things. The owner absolutley price gouges and takes advantage of fear tactics big time at this store on seasonal items. I dont mind paying 20 $ to 30 $ dollars more on a big ticket items but over a 100 $ dollars extra on the same item down the street or the next true value is where I have to draw the line. Luckily tractor supply is opening right next door and the owner can go swimming in his stock as far as im concerned

Poor customer service and unfriendly staff. This is one of the reasons why big chains are putting small and local business out of the market. If you going to be treated with no sympathy, you might as well go to a place where you can actually find what you need. Just leaving the store now, system is down and there’s 6 employees in the store that have no idea what to do. No other option but to let about 10 sales walk out the door. I’ve been here before and mistreated by the owner’s. It’s been a couple of months and I thought maybe I should give another try since is so much closer to me than Home Depot or Lowes. Big mistake as usual. I will never come back.

Very nice family/​local owned store. Lots of everything to be found from typical hardware supplies to pet food. The prices arent the best but everything else is spot on!

Stopped in here this evening to get ideas and equipment to mount a few things to my dock. As soon as I walked in, the cashier asked if I needed help with anything. He pointed me to a guy who worked in the hardware section. I explained to the employee what I wanted to do. He came up with ideas, walked me around, and picked out the different brackets, nuts and bolts that I needed for my job, and explained to me how to install everything. The staff here are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, the customer service is phenomenal, and they know their stock inside and out.
