I absolutely loved my wedding video! At first I wasn’t even sure if I wanted a videographer but Best of Times came highly recommended to us by our other vendors. I’m so glad we went with them! I’ve literally watched my video 50 times and each time find something new about it that I love. The owner and his crew were great to work with and I can’t thank them enough for the beautiful video we will treasure always.

I also had a review on weddingwire that was disputed. This company was very unprofessional and it looks like they are manipulating their reviews online by disputing the bad ones. The whole experience with this company was horrible and if I could go back I wouldn’t book with them. I did get my video 2 months after it was promised and they were very rude and unprofessional during the process.

and I received an e-​mail (almost 2 years later) that my review is being disputed by the owner. Therefore, I went to the Wedding Wire website and noticed that there were 10 reviews that averaged out to a 5 star rating! In disbelief, I started to read each review and found that 7 of the 10 are being disputed! Therefore, I can assume that those 7 reviews are all negative ones and have been temporarily removed until the reviewer can submit proof of purchase (like a contract or receipt). Needless to say, I specifically remember John (an employee with whom I spoke prior to my wedding) stated that «you can never trust reviews from online sources». I am a dedicated Unilocaler (is that a word?!?) and it has never steered me wrong. Who’s to say that John didn’t post all of the positive reviews himself on that website. I hope my review there is restored because it was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had along with a poorly executed video, that came after 11 months and cost over $ 2,000.00. I payed the $ 2,000.00 in full prior to the date of my event and there were no issues with my payments. I’m writing this negative review because I wouldn’t want any other couple to go through what we went through. If you take a look at my other reviews on Unilocal,the majority are 4 and 5 stars so, I hope I don’t sound negative because I really do like to promote local businesses.
