Good stuff, I went healthy and had the oven baked chicken, it was moist and seasoned well. Added onions and mushrooms. Very good! Hubby had a sirloin steak cooked a perfect medium rare. Sides were baked sweet potatoes, salad, mashed, chili, fries. also loaded fries, and ribs, everything was real good. I’ll be back!

So far I’ve came here around 3 – 4 times and I always walk out with a great experience! I really commend how great their staff is. They’re all very friendly and attentive, which always feels very welcoming to be there. First off I LOVE their bread! Anyways as for the food I usually order the Cactus Blossom as an appetizer(always on point and yummy) and the Filet Mignon and Ribs which comes with 2 sides. When I first ordered this dish, I was a little hesitant at first because I never got great experiences from chain restaurants, but they make my steaks perfect! They’re always made to how I like it and very tender and juicy. As for the ribs it is also always tasty. ALSO happy hour is all day on Sunday’s which is awesome! I really enjoy the strawberry margarita which is big and only for $ 5. It can’t get any better than that. All in all, I will definitely be coming back.

I don’t get to come often [which actually makes me appreciate it that much more]. I get excited every time I come… Starting with the rolls and cinnamon butter. OMG… I always have to bring some home. The sweetness is addicting [better than Red Lobster, Popeye’s, Outback]… Lol I have to give kudos to everyone on the staff, including the management. Whomever is overseeing this location has done a phenomenal job at staffing. Every time I come, they are always friendly, helpful and authentic(not easy to find consistently). I’ve worked in luxury retail for 13 years so when it comes to customer service, I have very critical taste. The last time I came with my friend [Thursday, 07/09] We were served by Mercedes. She was super pleasant and eager to make sure we were satisfied. I changed my 8oz steak to a 6 oz [BC I knew I wasn’t going to eat it all and didn’t really want to take leftovers home]. The manager came over 2 mins after I mentioned it to her and he said that since they already began preparing it, I would get it but he was adjusting the check to charge me only for the 6oz which I didn’t expect being that it wasn’t a major deal to me. But THAT is the definition of EXCEPTIONAL customer service. I salute their staff and can’t wait to come back again. P. S. the food is fantastic… Tasty, steaks are tender, rice has a different type of seasoning that is delightful, sweet potatoes are awesome, the salad is even good. {Love the shrimp }. I have no complaints about this place whatsoever!

First time here and it was a very pleasant experience. All around customer service was perfect from the person who greeted us at the door to our server Will. He was sooo polite and he knew the menu and specials. The service he provided for us was the best. Honestly probably the best server I’ve ever had anywhere ever and I go out a lot. He was very prompt with our orders and refills. Ran back our whole order to make sure he had everything correct. Told us all the drink options because we asked, he was honestly all around great I hope his manager sees this you have a great employee! He’s definitely be the reason why I recommend this place! The food was great as well everyone at my table enjoyed their meal. I had ribs and shrimp with fries and a sweet potato. The sweet potato wasn’t the best I’ve had it was ok. The ribs were good and the shrimp was okay wasn’t a lot of flavor. The prices were also good. It wasn’t expensive the service was quick. And I went late about 30 mins before closing and I didn’t feel as if it was. A lot of times I get closing good and service as in waiters who clearly want to go home and food cooked as if it was rushed and I did not feel that way at all. I only realized it was closing because it said it here on Unilocal lol.

Horrible horrible HORRIBLE experience. Beyond the fact that the food was meh at best, the order was wrong. Then we get outside and their ‘parking lot’ is not actually theirs. They rent spaces from the actual owners. You can only park there at specific times. We went inside literally 8 minutes before that time frame started(I know because I posted about being there) Well, my friend’s car was booted and the manager basically said«sucks to be you» and went back inside. My friend had to call the booting company and pay to have it taken off. We chatted with that towing man for a while and he told us that this sort of thing happens all the time and that the management hasn’t done anything about it. Yes there are signs, but the only legible writing on them says for Texas Roadhouse customers only. In addition there is a «now free parking» sign on the restaurant’s door. The fine print is where you find out that there’s stipulations. If there is a risk you customers might be PUNISHED for using something you’re providing isn’t it good business to make sure they know that much more clearly than fine print on a sign? I actually used to work at a Texas Roadhouse in high school. I have always loved it and was so excited to bring my friend to one as he had never been before. A lackluster meal we could handle. But the debacle about parking not only upset us both terribly, but was embarrassing for me to have brought my friend there.

Texas Roadhouse offers a unique experience to make customers feel welcome and as though you are actually somewhere in the Midwest… The entrees are not your ordinary dishes because they tend to combine toppings such as bacon, cheese, etc. Their happy birthday song is way too funny with the imaginary horse and saddle… if your going to celebrate a Bday be prepared to saddle up!

The three amigos, my brother Joe, my daughter, and I, were once again trekking to a place to dine after spending a short time at a nearby entertainment center. The coin was flipped and we decided on steaks for dinner. The search began on my I Phone’s Unilocal app for the closest steak location and much to my wonderment, this restaurant surfaced on top of many others. Off we drove to New Rochelle from Pelham to discover a «short wait» restaurant on a Sunday night, that merits a revisit. My brother checked in with the friendly hostess. Shortly thereafter, after finding a parking spot in the lot located adjacent to the restaurant, I entered the door to this eatery when Joe indicated that we were ready to be seated. At the table, you’ll find a bucket of salted shell-on peanuts as well as the food and drink menus. A smiling and friendly wait staff quickly introduced himself and we ordered the Porter House steaks with some sides. Warm and sticky bread served with cinnamon infused butter was quickly brought over after placing our order. In all probability, this cemented our vote of confidence in assuring a return visit. Yes, the bread and cinnamon butter were that good. Our beautifully prepared steaks arrived just at the temperature requested. The only blimp on the radar was the dried mac and cheese my daughter ordered from the kiddie side of the menu, This dish appeared over-cooked and dry. This faux pas was immediately remedied by the waiter who brought over a fresh one. In all, this dining experience proved that not all restaurants deserve the dreaded one-star, hall of shame review I’ve become acclimated to dishing out. There are many restaurants that go the extra step in ensuring a good experience for their diners. One added touch and much to our surprise was the peering eyes of the owner who was spotted near our table and answered a few questions for us. learned that they have been in business for two years and he discovered that we were carnivores from the Bronx. Through his actions, he acknowledges that a good restaurant can not be governed by Proxy. That was definitely showcased by his success at this restaurant and my inclination to a return visit.

As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with huge portions of rib eye steak cuts, of which you can actually choose for them to cook for you. You choose your own cut and piece! The waitress instantly seated us, grabbing hot bread with her, and showing us to our booth, where you are ‘greeted’ with a bucket of peanuts. Cool concept, I must say. While deciding on appetizers, amd waiting for the yummy looking bread to cool off, the waitress informs us that there is something special about their butter for that bread. It’s cinnamon infused! Hmm, there is something we haven’t tried. Not sure how I was gonna feel about that. Buttttttt, once you bite into the bread, with that cinnamony butter, you are instantly addicted! In fact, we asked for more butter! It’s definitely something unique and purely delicious! We ended up ordering their blooming onion for an appetizer. It was really crispy, full of flavor and NOT at ALL greasy! Make sure to ask for ranch sauce, it comes with a different one, but I feel ranch makes it tastier. For the main course, we ordered porterhouse and bone-in rib eye cuts. AMAZEBALLS! The juiciest and most flavorful steak ever, with a truck load of caramelized onions. Mmmm. I’m a huge fan of Longhorn’s steak, but honestly, Texas Roadhouse definitely changed my opinion. Hands down, best steak! The sides were loaded mash. Not the best, not the worst. Steak, for sure, made me forget about the mash. Lol Definitely will be back. Awesome first-time experience. Great staff and atmosphere.

The food is good, and certainly well worth the price. An entrée comes with two large sides, and non-alcoholic beverages are replenished at no extra charge. The service is also quite good. The hostess asked if it was our first visit to the chain, and she was ready to explain how one could pick out a steak. The server was attentive, upbeat, and efficient, and the meal was well paced. The hostess also offered a friendly parting greeting when we left the restaurant. The restaurant is clean and well managed. One other nice thing about this place is that there is ample parking after 5PM when the bank next door allows patrons of this restaurant to park.

I went here last night with a friend and it was our first time here, and most certainly won’t be our last. All the employees have a high level of customer service from the owner down to the greeters. It really felt like southern hospitality, which stands out in NY. The greeters were really friendly, and when we were escorted to our table, our greeter gave us a quick tour and gave us some tips since it was our first time. She let us know that they are known for their custom steaks and margaritas, which are both a must. We were immediately given a basket of bread and butter and there was also a bucket of peanuts on the table to snack on. I ordered the sangria margarita, which I definitely recommend. Our server was Heather, and she was amazing and attentive. For dinner, I had the pulled pork dish which was deliciously juicy and paired with steak fries and corn.(You get to choose 2 sides) My friend had a steak which was cooked to medium perfection and had just the right amount of seasoning. At the end, the owner, Matt, personally stopped by our table to introduce himself. I highly recommend Texas Roadhouse for the delicious food and even more so for the excellent service. P. S. the portions were huge!

If I’m forced to eat at a chain and I’m not counting calories, I’d come back here again. I’m generally not a fan of chain restaurants… but I was in town for work last week. My manager took a colleague of mine and I for dinner here(since we were staying just up the street). They both ordered steaks and loved them. I tried a half of a rack of ribs — haven’t had ribs in over a year and don’t indulge in them often… these were worth the calories. The sweet potato with the marshmallow and caramel sauce(I went all out) was worthy of instant diabetes(in a good way). I tried to balance it out with some steamed veggies… they were good, too. I also had a margarita… it was happy hour… and it was gigantic. Lasted the whole meal and there was definitely alcohol in it!(Drink slowly, my friends…). The rolls are amazing… hot, buttery and slightly sweet… everything you’d want from an oversized dinner roll. Slather some butter on that. Nobody’s judging. Then there are the piles and piles of peanuts… super salty shelled peanuts with a bucket for the carnage. I’m not a big fan of peanuts but these are borderline addictive. Staff was friendly, efficient and the food came out when it was supposed to. Not a bad choice at all!

Wow. Came here for the first time on a Sunday afternoon. Delicious! I had the ribeye and ribs combo w/Caesar salad and sweet potato. The steak was seasoned perfectly(didn’t even need sauce) and cooked just the way I asked for it. We had the onion blossom too & that was also great. And those rolls… listen to the masses… they are delish! We had a lot of fun watching the weird country music videos as well lol! Portions were great as well. I took my leftovers to work and they were even amazing cold! I mean my SOGGY onion blossom was superb! I’ll definitely be back!

S T E A K B OY S Ah, Texas Roadhouse. When you walk into this place you are welcomed inside with a glass display of hand cut meats. Then brought over to a table and given several baskets of bread. THESESOFTROLLSLATHEREDWITHUNREASONABLEAMOUNTSOFBUTTERAREAMAZING. And they will continue to bring you rolls without you even asking. Oh they also give you a bucket of peanuts. The waitress was very polite and fun. The menu had lots of options and we opted for the Cactus Blossom Appetizer. The Cactus Blossom is like the Bloomin Onion from Outback but not as good. Not even close actually. But they made up for it with the unlimited rolls and what I really came for. DATBONEINRIBEYE. I ordered the 20oz Bone In Ribeye Medium Rare smothered in mushrooms. When I received the steak it was too rare, it was pretty much black and blue still. They immediately made me a brand new steak no questions asked and it was cooked perfectly. Props to management for coming by and making sure it was all good! As I cut into that steak and took my first bite i was like UUUUUULLLL this is ridiculous! I love steak. Just thinking about this thing got me drooling on my keyboard as I type. For the price this Ribeye blows Outback out the water. It was well seasoned, juicy, and the mushrooms were awesome. I will recommend Texas Roadhouse, it is definitely great for the price. The parking at this location kind of sucks though, unless there’s something I don’t know. Someone tell me the secret.

I came here to celebrate the birthday of one of my friends. Their warm and soft bread rolls have to have something like crack bread in their recipe. Anyone could easily inhale two baskets and skip their dinner. For my entrée I had the Sirloin Steak with Grilled Shrimp and my sides were corn and French Fries. My first bite into my steak created an instant«Mmmm» to my mind, WOW! This have to be the best steak I’ve had in a while, I can just say it was very juicy and extremely delicious. The both sides the corn and the fries were good, giving the steak the extra taste. Our server was super nice and attentive. They bring out a non-mechanical bull, for those that are there to celebrate their birthday. So my friend got a ride and yell Yee-Hawwwwwwwwwwwww! :)

Unfortunately I had to take a few stars away from by initial review. The quality, presentation and preparation of food was lacking! Just a quick run down, service was fine but from our greasy fried pickles to our filet steak that was raw inside and had to be sent back twice, this was not a star studded night! I’m hoping they just had a very off night tonight. And I am still missing the line dancing servers that we have in their southern sisters restaurants. What’s the matter? Can’t the north servers kick it??? Ps thank you to the manager for the two free appetizer cards for our next visit, but you really should have taken that steak disgrace off our bill, not a good customer relations move!
