Worst customer service EVER. Don’t bring your family, friends or anyone you love here unless your breaking up w them … This is a big Dump

I am writing this review as I am currently dying in the bathroom because of their food. I ordered a large super supreme pizza on the app for carry out at 7:30. They said that it was going to be ready at 7:45. I show up at 7:45 to hear that they ran out of large pies. I waited an extra hour for a medium one. It tasted good but two hours later, my bowels are calling and I’m rushing to the bathroom and eventually the hospital. Thanks Pizza Hut smh

The pizza was good but the wait was 40 minutes with the restaurant having 10 costumer seating in the restaurant the entire place was empty. The place is too dark and need a major renovation. Need more people to run the place property

One star is too many! Disorganized. When ordering by phone, never bothered to inform us their system was down and therefore could not proceeds credit cards. When I stepped up to pick up my order, two different people tried to hand me an order that was not mine. The manager was beyond rude when I was surprised he was unable to process my card. I walked out without my order. I will never ever return.

Very unprofessional I walked in to the restaurant with my boyfriend and no one greeted us or told us to hold on, my boyfriend and I sat down on the bench for about 5 mins and still no one approached us, it wasn’t busy because one of the workers were just standing around behind the counter doing nothing. Won’t come here again!

Will someone please tell me how this Pizza Hut is allowed to operate? We went on a Saturday night and the takeout line was out the door but the restaurant itself was empty. We sat down and waited 18 minutes for the waitress to come over because she was working with the takeout people. While there was a guy taking the takeout orders he asked her questions for everyone’s order and she helped him with the orders. When she came she asked for our drinks and we insisted on giving the entire order since we saw it would be a slow night for service. She said «let me get your drinks» and when we asked her to take the entire order, she grunted and took it. 20 minutes later our drinks arrived, nothing complicated, a diet coke and a water. Exactly 32 minutes later the pizza, but not the wings. We asked about the wings and she said they were brought to us by the other waitress which did not happen. She went over to the other waitress who told her she did not. Our waitress came back and said, I’ll get you a new batch. We asked what happened and she shrugged her shoulders and walked away. I got up, followed her to the take out line and told her to cancel the wings to which she said, «fine, makes my life easier». never again will we dine here. I just don’t know why corporate allows this. You can’t have the floor staff doing the takeout and have people with negative attitudes serving customers. Plus, we asked for new silverware as there was stuck on cheese on the forks to which she responded, «they look clean to me». As for the food though, no complaints. Normally, I would give an extra star for the food, but I couldn’t get the wings to try and everything else was just so bad, I can’t. Will corporate please send help to this Pizza Hut?!

As far as Pizza Hut’s go, the worst — that I’ve been to.
I’ve been here twice, there will never be a third.
Once was a few years ago. I’m aware of the Pizza Hut taste and menu, so coming in here I already knew what I’d be ordering for take out. Food was disgusting. It was almost as if they served items from a previous day… or two. I am a guy who can eat most things, but damn it was bad and I threw it away.
Came here again more recently thinking that perhaps it was just a bad day and management changed since then. Upon entering I could already see that things probably didn’t change and just ordered a small personable pizza. While not terrible, not good either. I have too much respect for my own stomach to subject it to this location again. And too much respect for my wallet to pay for something not worth a buck again. In fact, they should pay ME to eat here again… and then I’d probably have to think about it.
I didn’t dine in, so no comments about that. The cashier was… well, just there. Nothing special.
If you like Pizza Hut, find another location — because this one is probably the worst you’ll find.

nasty, nasty, nasty!!! dirty and disgusting. layers of dirt/​dust, cob webbs. very unsanitary. do not eat here!!! couldn’t post without selecting star, so i had to give it a one star, but in reality they don’t even deserve the one star.

Poor sanitation Spider webs on the windows and lamps … Tables dirty condiments tray dirty with old dust. Pizza in the Buffett old not to much to choose from… Floor looked like if the had a big food fight. Only 2 employees slow service got here @ 2:00pm only 2 customers including us. Bottom line (TERRIBLE) Pizza Hut of New Rochelle

Pizza Hut is NASTY. There is way better food anywhere else but in this dirty place. Absolutely disgusting. I don’t understand how they are still open.

Waited 20 minutes and still didn’t get seated at a table. There were more than 4 tables available. My party walked out and headed to new roc. We new something was wrong with this place when there was a horrible odor in the parking lot. Spend your money elsewhere.

I have been going to Pizza Hut in New Ro for many years now with my family, The servers are very nice, the food is great… definitely affordable :) good place for a simple night out with friends and family… My one complaint is the bathrooms should be cleaner… aside from that the food and service is great,

Waited close to a a half hour additional over what time the website said it would be ready. Ordered a pizza with pepperoni and sausage. They only put sausage on it.

I was scared to order from here after reading the horrible reviews however I was staying less than a half block away and was hungry. I order the dinner box and went to pick it up. I was welcomed by the lady behind the register and she told me my order wasn’t ready so I took a sit. About 5 mins later she called me and my order was perfect. Everything was perfect and the pizza and breadsticks were good. I don’t get the bad reviews but I didn’t eat there.

Me and my friend hardly eat pizza hut but we decided to try something different so we did carryout from this location and OMG! It was DELISH! IDK what everyone else is taking about because this was in April 2014 and it was good. We got a large pie half bacon and pepperoni and the other half extra pepperoni and it was hot and cooked thru. We also got boneless wings with it. The BBQ ones were good however their garlic Parmesan ones were nowhere on the level of Buffalo Wild Wings but still edible, it just lacked sauce. I see a lot of people had bad experiences. I plan on going back and actually eating in so I hope my experience still remains a good one.

Good food but pathetic service … This is the first time i am here and probably the last

On March 1^st, 2014 we entered this establishment around 2:00pm. After the lunch and before the dinner rushes.
Our waitress seemed to be running all over the place. The place was filthy, not swept, tables sticky.
The salad bar was pushed into a corner and not being used.
However, we were starving so we decided to stay.
Our waitress was nice and despite the fact she was crazily running to serve her tables, she was on point with her customers.
We asked for our pizza to be well done-​after viewing how other pizzas were being delivered to the tables.
(Not something you normally do in a Pizza Hut). The crust is usually golden and cooked to a crispiness you expect from being a Pizza Hut customer.
On this day it was NOT the case.
Our pizza arrived not well done, but barely «done;“however the bottom of the pizza and the center wasn’t fully cooked through.
We asked for garlic (powder) to add on top of our pizza with the usual seasonings and we were told Pizza Hut does not use garlic. Baffled when we couldn’t get an answer as to why, we ate our half-​cooked pizza slices, boxed up the leftovers and left.
I arrived home with a stomach ache and an unsatisfactory experience.

I don’t even know where to begin with this Pizza Hut Franchise location. Seriously this place and staff could be the worse that i have ever encountered and pizza hut should seriously be ashamed and should visit this location with a few UNDERCOVER EMPLOYEES AND JUST FIRE EVERYONE !! I decided one day after coaching soccer and working out with my players that i was hungry (yes i know really not the best idea to eat Pizza afterwards but whatever can i get a pass after a grueling workout?)
Walked in and ordered the $ 10 deal box which comes with a small personal pizza, cheesesticks and cinnamon sticks. They have this narrow corridor which is the waiting area with small seats and barely any space in between for anyone to walk by, so i looked around and saw literally only 5 people in the entire restaurant and a ton of empty tables. Ok so why not just sit down and relax and wait for my to go order to come i mean the girl did say about 20 minutes.
No big deal right? SO I THOUGHT!!! A frumpy humpty dumpty shaped female black employee was walking around spraying down a few tables (she didn’t spray any of the ones occupied before she got to mine) She then gets to my table and says, «Sir did you order? I proceeded to say yes i did. Did you order in or for take out? I ordered for take out miss. SHE THEN HAS THE NERVE TO SAY, «UMM SIR THIS AREA IS FOR DINING-​IN CUSTOMERS ONLY! » ARE YOU KIDDING ME SWEETHEART !!! I then looked around and then in a calm voice i said, «i count 5 people including myself in this entire restaurant right now and i don’t think Pizza Hut is exactly Lavo or Babbo swarming with people trying to get a table. I won’t be leaving my seat because there is absolutely no one here unless i see this place become half full within the next 10 minutes i’m not going anywhere and if you have a problem with that i can gladly explain when i call Pizza Hut Corp what the situation is with a nearly empty restaurant. Mind you i cut this story in half because the girl was literally talking smack like she was some type of HOST AT AI FIORI telling me what the rule is and i just looked at her like YOU KNOW WE ARE AT A PIZZA HUT RIGHT??? I didn’t resort to using that pompous statement about calling PIzza Hut until she was getting annoying and giving me attitude.
Any way i guess she told some of the workers that were working with her on the shift because when i get up to the cash register to pay, the female cashier says to me after i swipe my card, «sir just for future reference those tables are for paying customers.» I DECIDED TO SPEAK ELOQUENTLY AND IN A LOUD TONE !! LISTEN I UNDERSTAND THAT CONCEPT IT’S NOT ROCKET SCIENCE BUT YOUR RESTAURANT HAS LITERALLY 5 PEOPLE IN IT. I HAD A HARD WORK OUT I DECIDED TO SIT AT A COMPLETELY OCCUPIED TABLE AND IN THE 20 MINUTES I HAVE BEEN HERE I HAVE NOT SEEN ONE PERSON WALK IN. USUALLY I WOULD HAVE ALREADY WALKED OUT OF THIS SEPTIC TANK BUT I AM ACTUALLY SUPER HUNGRY AND NEED A QUICK FIX OF FOOD, SO I AM SUBJECTING MYSELF TO THE MINDLESS DRIVEL OF YOU AND YOUR FELLOW EMPLOYEES. BUT IN ALL SERIOUSNESS TRY THIS ON SOME ONE ELSE BECAUSE I AM DEFINITELY NOT THE ONE TODAY YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH TRUST ME! After that sharp tirade they pretty much didn’t say anything and i left with my meal
WHICH BY THE WAY TASTED LIKE PURE CARDBOARD, this location has got to go. Thank you so much Pizza Hut for robbing my money and having such a strict seating policy i’ll LET EVERYONE KNOW THAT GETTING A SEAT AT THIS PIZZA HUT IN NEW ROCHELLE IS LIKE GETTING A SEAT AT DANIEL (in NYC) IT’S SO EXCLUSIVE

I love pizza hut… But the service there is definitely suspect… You walk in and have to stand at the door until you are attended to… Seems like they only have one waitress working there… And God forbid you take your own seat after standing up front for like 10 minutes… Yeah, they had the nerve to tell me I had to stay up front until I was seated… First of all, there were like 6 people max seated and mad seats and tables available… So I helped myself after getting looked at and looked over for 10 damn minutes… Otherwise… I Love Pizza Hut! :)
