We were searching for a contractor who can supply us with new garage door and who can also perform the installation. We found All Westchester Garage Doors who told us that they can install any new garage door, and that they also do framing work (we renovated the garage, and we needed a handyman who can install new garage door from scratch.
I met with Robert, and we looked at some brochures of different garage doors. We chose insulated door, with no window. Robert scheduled the appointment for the following weekend, and told us that they will come on Sunday at 8:30. Robert and one more technician arrived and started working immediately. They installed wood frame, and then installed the door. When they finished the door, they installed the new opener. I can’t tell you how happy I am with the new door, it is beautiful and working so silently.
Robert was amazing, and the whole process of dealing with the company was pleasant.

Quick respond and honest people. I do not know much about garage doors, and our garage door was working fine during the past 8 years. But last week my daughter called me, and told me that she cannot close the door. When I got home, I found that the door is closing, but not completely closing. I called All Westchester Garage Doors, since they are located in New Rochelle and they are local to me, and asked them for help. The person over the phone told me that he can help me over the phone, and that I do not need to spend money for something so basic.
He first instructed me how to close the door, and then told me to check the laser señor. I really didn’t know what to do, but I was happy that the door closed and that I won’t need emergency repair. They sent someone the next day, and the person who came just closed one of the screws, and the door was working again. I paid 35 $, and I was happy I did not need a new door.
I am writing this review since they first tried to help me over the phone, and did not try to make money like I thought mist people would. Honest and professional.
