The tea was delicious, and the service was great. The warm and inviting atmosphere paired with the beautiful view of the river made for a lovely experience.

The color pallet of pale yellows, mint greens and white is very refreshing and relaxing. The restaurant and book store occupy two different halves of the shop allowing guests to choose to browse the books or sit down for lunch. There is a sofa facing the river with a beautiful view where guests can sit and read. The tables in the restaurant side of the shop also provide gorgeous river views. The menu is comprised of delicious sandwiches including a BLT, turkey bacon, ham and bacon, chicken, and tuna and chicken salad sandwiches. The sandwiches are served with a choice of chips and pasta salad and also include a fruit cup. The deserts change daily and there are also several salads available including a house salad, caeser salad and signature salad. There are twenty teas available that are brewed to order in a choice of a large or small pot. Tea flavors include blueberry, black currant, mint chocolate, southern pecan, english breakfast, cherry rose green tea, earl grey lavender, french vanilla and a bourbon black tea. There are several decaffeinated teas as well as green teas available. Iced tea is available and the flavor changes daily. There is also a delicious signature beverage called a black currant half and half which is half black currant iced tea and half lemonade which is highly recommended! The lemonade available and used in the half and half is from Alex’s Lemonade Stand and all proceeds from the sale of lemonade support the foundation. This is a wonderful new shop along the scenic Front Street of New Richmond where guests may come for a relaxing cup of tea or to browse for books!
