After coming here at least once a week, I’ve realized the service and workflow is poor! Morning service should be smooth. With people going to school and work, you need to be fast. The manager tells me, «we’re short staffed.» That’s not my problem! Adapt! I had to wait 13 minutes for a mocha caramel coffee while they focused on a spill! The customer was not the primary focus! I try to be fair in my reviews but this staff just pushed the limit. This is the responsibility of the Manager! When I wrote my first review, the manager was a training manager who kept staff moving efficiently. This present manager doesn’t have the presence who needs to drive the staff.

I have no idea when these 2 other people went but this MC Ds by far the worst I’ve EVER been to. We pulled in for a quick breakfast. It took 45 minutes. NO EXAGGERATION! We watched 8 people return their orders due to them being incorrect. Drive thru customers were coming back in because their orders were wrong.
We finally got our food and my wife got an egg mc muffin. Cheese, egg and ham…3 ingredients. There was no ham. God awful place. I don’t usually eat this crap but I will never visit this place again.

by far the worst mcdonalds on the face of this planet, i had to wait in line 12 seperate times all for one god damn order, im very upset about my experience at this mcdonalds. Also the employee who was handling my food was NOT WEARING GLOVES. This place is filthy and dirty and there were bugs everywhere! i will never return here.
