I have just had the WORST buffet in my life. Greasy fried foods, shrimp boiled until they were mush and vegetables had absolutely no flavor. I don’t know who told these people they could cook, but they were wrong. Also huge sign out front says: All Day Buffet $ 7.99. Small sign on door says — except for dinner and weekends — $ 10.50
Even at that price — big waste of money.

Still happy with food, BUT they don’t pay their servers for their hours after they bring in a new crew who are owner friends. They owe someone I know for 88 hrs. BAD BAD, BAD.

The food was the worst when this was an Asian buffet, but believe it or not it can be worse, it’s now the Hometown Buffet. Same cooks making soggy, bland, tough food. Now a few White servers mixed in with the Asian servers, and same Asian owner’s whom don’t mind putting out gross food as usual. PLEASE CLOSE YOUR DOORS AGAIN!!!

I keep trying to find a reason to write a complete review of this place. The idea just bugs me because I would then have to put much more effort out than the operators put into the food they serve. So, let’s make this simple:
The best part of the Hometown Buffet experience is — LEAVING.
