What a great find! Full of life and vibrant color you can’t help but be drawn into the space. Half gallery displaying originals from artist Ryan E Cronin, with other half of space offering unique gifts/​items with same but smaller scale artwork. Had the opportunity to talk briefly with artist and really enjoyed his youthful joy for both painting and having people experience his work. Highly recommend you check this place out when you’re in New Paltz.

The Ryan Cronin Gallery in the Waterstreet Market in New Paltz is quintessentially cool. The art is cool, the products are cool and the vibe is cool. This is no surprise given that the proprietors, the über-​talented Ryan and his effervescent wife Melanie, may be the coolest couple this side of the Hudson. If you’re not currently in the market for a painting, you can still bring some «cool» to your home with a print, shower curtain or tableware, or parade your coolness around town in a hat or hoody — each and every item in the store boasts Ryan’s hip artwork. I highly recommend a visit and a purchase (or several) at this one-​of-​a-​kind gallery!

Love Love Love this gallery! You must stop by if you are in town or passing through. Awesome original artwork by local artist Ryan Cronin. They also sell affordable gifts: pillows, t-​shirts, hats, socks, mugs — all very unique with different designs. There is always new inventory — I just bought myself a shower curtain for my bathroom — love functional art!

Ryan Cronin’s art is so fresh and fun. I have been a long time fan! I love having his art in more areas of my life. I use the plates daily. Not only are they cool and gorgeous, they make me happy to use! Can’t wait to see what comes next!

Ryan’s work is original, refreshing and wonderfully creative. I bought two of his pieces a year ago, but seeing all of his new work at the gallery made me want more … so I bought a wonderful new print! Ryan and his wife Melanie run the shop and give personal attention to every visitor. Their new line of totes, tees, dishes and other cool stuff are a great addition. It’s a must see in New Paltz and well worth the trip from anywhere in the Hudson Valley.
