The add says heat included. The truth is only a little heat is included. The owner, Peter Cangelosi, won’t spend the money to keep you warm. The radiators in the apartment only come on late at night, which would be fine if you don’t get home until after the bars close; but if you are going to try to live in the apartment you will need to dress in layers or get some electric space heaters to make the place livable.
