Hanover Healthcare Plus Family Care Centers

Dr Quinn is who we try to see but she’s never in. Mom is bed ridden and was sent home from the hospital on Wednesday afternoon. All new prescriptions, some dropped. Wouldn’t you know she’s only there Monday Tuesday and half day Wednesday. We need her authorization to satisfy medicare but they can’t help until Monday. Thankfully Jessica works there she’s helped us more than her dr has. Hanover Hospital discharged her with insulin she had not been on before but did not supply a prescription for needles. Between Jessica and Rite Aid we are thankful. Who gives the flu to a bed ridden patient, Hanover Hospital!
Now with the flu and high blood sugar they say call the hospital. Hospital says call her her dr. We don’t know how to help this poor woman. Her insulin is new and we don’t know if it’s time released? Hopefully her dr will call back before she goes into shock. Wait it’s lunch hour so probably not. Maybe the other dr there will have better patient care. We will be switching drs.
