I have shopped here at least a half dozen times and am a big fan. I hate shopping with a passion but when your married, jewelry is part of the deal. The owner Michelle makes the experience painless for me. She shows me the things that are popular with women at the moment and tailors my purchase to fit my need. The after sale support is also really good which as far as I’m concerned is the most important thing.
Example: I bought my wife one of those Troll Bead bracelets and some charms and discovered that silver doesn’t do well in a highly chlorinated hot tub. It turned black! My wife was in tears so I brought it to Michelle and she explained the conflict between chlorine and silver. She said come back in a few hours. I did, and wow, good as new. Her husband polished it up and all was well and most important, my wife was smiling again.

I bought my wife a diamond necklace here and not only was she so excited with the necklace but the staff made my purchasing experience easy and educational. A family owned and operated business makes the experience that much more personable.
