Mike’s Famous Harley – Davidson

Nice guys but their pricing is high and their financing is terrible. They also add a ton of extra fees into the price before buying. Do yourself a big favor and shop around before purchasing here. I found the same machine I bought at Mikes for thousands less at another dealer.

I came on my bike from vt 300 miles one way. I was attending an iar open meeting, they offered to do a free safety check and wash the bike. They found a few things up with bike like oil over filled they corrected the level and my siren installed upside down they fixed for free. I really appreciate it. Great service

Went to Mike’s on October 31^st looking to buy a bike. I had been to several other dealers and was at the point of giving up.
Instead i found the best Harley dealer around. Garrett worked really hard and knew his products. It took several hours and much back and forth. But Garrett stayed the course and didn’t try hard sell tactics at all.
When all was said and done I did buy the bike I wanted and got it the way I wanted and even got the add ons I wanted. To sweeten the deal Chad in finance even threw in a couple more freebies.
All in all great dealership. The folks there know and Harley’s and bikes in general. Parts department has an awesome staff and don’t BS you. Finance department was great and didn’t try to push useless items on you. Even Garrett my salesman was upfront on the add on stuff.
Without a doubt I left there in my new Heritage soft tail happy and know I have found the dealer I actually want to go back to. My advice is to buy here and buy with confidence! They are the best.

Went to Mike’s famous Harley Davidson and were interested in looking at pre
owned bikes. Salesman was helpful. Made an offer and met manager. Was told they would put some numbers together and get back to us. We have yet to hear from anyone. If they did not like the offer, the least they could have done was have the courtesy to call. It will be a week. Will not be doing business with this company.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE! I was in the market to buy my wifey a new toy. After saving a few nuts, we decided to go to multiple dealers just to see what they had to offer. Every dealer fell short in many areas, which started to disappoint us. We did not give up and ultimately went to this dealership. I’m so glad we decided to take the ride.
We were greeted warmly by every staff member that was within close proximity of us. Some even went out of their way to make our experience magical. It wasn’t just a simple hello. We felt like we were at home with family. They gave my wife first class service. Our salesman, Garrett was professional and extremely friendly. He tended to all our requests and needs with no hesitation.
They found her two perfect motorcycles. Within minutes, she had a helmet on and was test riding in the back parking lot. They were extremely patient and willing to make basic adjustments on the spot so she could feel more comfortable. We left with a lasting memory and a lot of great information. It took a week or so but she ultimately made her decision. Of course the delay had to do with which color was prettier.
I requested a KICKASS experience when she went to pick up the bike and Mike and his staff delivered on ALL points. She was queen for a day and truly appreciated the total experience. I would recommend this dealer for all your MC needs.

Have you been? If not its worth the trip, the new showroom is expansive and it seems like there must be hundreds of bikes. Granted most are HD but they do have a slection of trade ins. Staff is friendly, low key, and courteous. I was looking at the Can Am and tried to strike a deal. Unfortunately it did not work out as a sale but I was impressed when the owner (Mike) stepped in and tried his best to put the deal together. I was really impressed by these guys. I walked out thinking I want to come back and actually get a deal done with them.
I would give this dealership two thumbs up and I don’t ride an HD but it was a positive experience just the same.
