Called and spoke with Gary on Monday during a winter storm and informed him we had a broken garage door. He came out at 7pm and finished the work within an hour. Fantastic service and didn’t kill us on pricing. Would tell anyone in the area to use his company.

I called Gary and he returned my call in less than 10 minutes. He showed up EARLY (and called first to see if it was ok), which was awesome considering how many service people I have dealt with that have been hours late, don’t call, etc.
He did a good job, lubricated everything at no extra cost, was $ 15 lower than the 5 other places I contacted, and he was in and out of here in 30 minutes. I highly recommend his service.

Our very old garage door opener was from the pre-​safety sensor age. We’re in the process of selling the house and agreed to add a safety sensor as part of the conditions of the sale. Unfortunately the old opener was not able to just have a sensor added. We needed a new unit. Gary was able to do the job promptly and at a reasonable price. What a relief! We don’t want to put a lot of $$$ into this house because we bought it at pre real estate market crash prices and we’re selling it at post crash prices. The price quoted was the price charged, no surprises.

During our last round of subzero temps, my garage door became jammed halfway opened when a hinge broke. After a Google search for a local repair company, U.S. Overhead Door yielded several outstanding reviews. I quickly called and spoke with Gary, the owner, and he was at my Frankfort home within 90 minutes. An hour later, all was operable and I was back in business. Extremely competitive pricing and honest, friendly service. Definitely call Gary.

I needed a garage door for my shed and had US Overhead door do the installation. Not only was the installation done flawlessly, but the price was excellent as well. I’ve built 4 homes and Gary was meticulous with the installation. I am in need of a door for my garage next year and US Overhead door will be doing the installation. I have already referred US Overhead door to my cousin for a repair job and she was ecstatic with his timely response and charges. Its very reassuring to find a quality tradesman. I gave US Overhead Door 5 stars because they earned it!

The job is not yet complete but I cannot be more impressed with the response time and customer service provided by Gary, the owner. He called me back within minutes of me leaving a message. He was able to stop by my house that same day (I was just lucky his day wasn’t full-can’t expect that all the time) to work on my problem. Gary diagnosed the problem and placed an order for the part I need. Once the part is in I should have a fully functional garage door again. I give U.S. Overhead Door my highest marks for customer service, responsiveness, and knowledge.
