I had gone here for years, but when I cancelled my membership because I don’t go often enough to justify the $ 35/​month, I got completely robbed. The girls didn’t know what they were talking about and misinformed me when I bought points. It took months to get it straightened out, and I never ended up with the points that I actually paid for. The «managers» never got back to me, and it was a complete hassle. Lesson learned– never buy imaginary «minutes» without a fricken receipt.
