Dave cannot be beat in service. I spent six months looking for a home and he never lost patience with me. He has a lot of connections in the industry so he helped me get pre-​approved when a bank wouldn’t take the risk because of my odd situation and no, I am not talking about my credit score. If I found properties I wanted to look at, he often got me in the next day. You cannot find better than him and his assistant is awesome too. Highly recommend!

David helped us sell our townhome and purchase a single family home in 2013. He was always attentive and responsive to our calls, texts and any questions that we had. He kept on top of the sale and kept the process moving. He set reasonable expectations and provided great advice for staging our home for sale. David was always friendly and positive.
