Apek replaced my roof and when it leaked they said that I could not prove that it was their fault. I lived in my house for 5 years with no leaks. I had them put on a whole new roof and after it started leaking they refused to fix the damage the leak caused.

Their price was great and presentation was informative but I couldn’t get a hold of anybody to answer my questions afterwards. The office phone always went to a voicemail where you are encouraged to send an email. Then my email was not answered. I tried calling several different days at different times of day but could never actually reach an office person, which concerned me. I figured the sales guy would at least call to follow up after my estimate, then he could answer my questions. But he never called. We had a leaky roof and had to get the work done ASAP, so we went with someone else that was easy to reach even though they cost more.

Had to find a roofing company in our area. I was dealing with a local guy, but was hard to get him out and his prices were always high. Crossed my fingers went after reviews and called Apex Inc From the young lady that answered the phone to the estimator Brian, who was awesome. I had a couple roof’s for him to look at and one needed immediate repair (I called him because a few shingles were missing from storm). Brian fixed the missing shingles (the same day) at a fair price and told me I had a 1 – 3 years left. I promptly recieved my estimate for the other house this am.
Highly recommend them, had a talk with Brian explaining my concerns and how I run my business and they seem to have the same integrity.

I got 3 quotes (4 if you count the guy that came by with a notepad and handed me the sheet of paper he was scribbling on) to repair damage done to my house from a hail storm. I needed the roof and gutters completely replaced and the North side of my house needed to have the siding replaced. I called APEK and they were able to come out right away to give me an estimate. Their estimate was by far the best and I already knew good things about them so they were a no-​brainer to choose to do the repairs.
They came out to do the repairs, and actually showed up when they said they would. The repairs were done in the time I was away at work for the day, with no sign that they were there, other than a new roof, gutters and siding. Many of my neighbors who used other companies had a terrible time getting the crews out there and had dead spots in their grass from the construction guys throwing shingles off the roof and letting them sit too long on the ground. I did find a couple of nails on the ground that had been missed but I called APEK up and they had a guy come right back out with a magnet or something and I never saw another nail.
I left the color matching to APEK, for the most part and they did a terrific job with that as well. I honestly could not have been more pleased with the work they did and the price that they were able to do it for.

woohoo! they were great to work with, fair prices, wonderful service. The men cleaned up after themselves YAHHHH! I would use them forever! I had them do my siding my gutters & gutter guards too!
