I’ve been with T-​Mobile for over 10 years and because of one very bad sales person in this store name Isaac, I’m a forced to leave the service. I had so many phone upgrades and not once I had to deal with a dishonest sales person, unprofessional people! All I know is Isaac and to the rest of the employees in that store, what goes around comes around.

Ran in here just to make a payment on a phone bill.
I will agree with the previous reviewer, it’s hot in here. I know we have global warming but this whole global shopping warming is for the birds. Good grief everywhere I go I feel like passing out.
Steven handled the transaction and he was friendly and efficient.
If your heat challenged, stay away from this location.

Always hot in here. Service is extremely slow. It’s like waxing tour car with turtle wax. Staff doesn’t seem to know what they are doing. Manager came in and was on the phone in the back room b the entire time. He was a so loud I could hear his entire gossipy conversation. Not once did he offer to help to speed things along. At least he could have given us some air.
