Bought the Groupon for gel mani and pedi so i usually dont expect much love. They were awesome over the phone booked me and my best friend at 9am on a Saturday so my expectations grew a bit.
However. The GEL manicure and pedicure was so quick we were done by 40 minutes, my 1st suspicion. My friend didn’t get any cuticle love when she got her gel mani and her pedicure looked awful. My tipping point was this morning when two of my nails literally peeled off. Its only Wednesday and I got this GEL manicure on Saturday the 18th and todays the 22nd… even bad gel manicures last for at least a week. Literally all of my nails are peeling off slowly and i wish I WISH i was exaggerating.

I came for the first time back in March for color and cut. Celeste did an awesome job in color and removed all of the highlights and various shades of color in my hair. My hair came out very shiny and the cut came out really well.

Got my hair done with Jenna, she is amazing! I will definitely be going back. She was so patient, careful and thorough. Even better, the prices are very reasonable.
Also, Rachel is INCREDIBLE! Best blow outs and she is so fast yet so meticulous.

Another amazing highlighting and toner job by Boris– my hair looks beautifully sun kissed and natural– which is exactly what I wanted. He definitely listens to your every request and goes above and beyond to make you happy. The staff and everyone that works at Bam are so professional and nice, they make it a very enjoyable and relaxing experience. They have won me over as a loyal client!

Bam Style is a new salon with new owners who go over the top with their willingness to help! They cater to every hair length and style. I always make an appt and I never have to wait (I hate to wait). I also see they have enough staff to accommodate walk ins. Although I have never had my hair colored there, the staff seems extremely capable of doing color from what I have seen. Marina is my stylist. I am extremely happy with her. My very flat and straight hair actually lasts a few days after she does it, which is rare. Come and give the salon a try, you will not be disappointed.

NEVER again! Came here the other day for highlights and cut. My already light brown hair has never been hard for anyone to highlight. Every colorist I’ve seen has actually been shocked at how easy my hair lightens to a perfect blonde that most people will take 3 sessions to achieve. (Thanks mom!). $ 245 later I am left with some orange and some yellow hair none that matches the previously highlights I already had and a very VERY uneven haircut.
Owners will try and up sell you on everything. No I do not need a Brazilian or keratin treatment as I just told you my hair dries straight.
Rude. Poor service. Overpriced. Stay far away

Great service!!! Friendly staff… Can’t decide which stylist I like better, Arsen or Boris… loved my hi lights and loved the blowouts they have done on my hair. They gave me movie star hair. Didn’t have to wash my hair for a week. Will definitely be returning. Brought my daughter and she had split end treatment done and it has completely helped her hair.

I liked everyone except the lady who washed my hair. She couldn’t be bothered to listen to me when I had a small request (flat out ignored me), caused me pain, made rude comments, and then continued on to say very rudely, «I don’t know who’s doing your hair» and walking away leaving me to wander around the salon with a wet head of hair. That experience threw me off and I was second guessing my decision to walk in.
I was saved by meeting a hairdresser who was very kind and very professional. I chatted with the owners as well all of whom were very friendly and helpful. I didn’t love my blow out and so I’m not sure I’ll return but I did like how they take walk ins which was convenient for me. Since they were all so nice I’d probably give them a second chance.

I went to BAM Style because I was desperately looking for a salon that was open on a Monday to fix a very bad haircut my tween daughter got the day before at another salon. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Boris, an animated guy, who I presume is the owner. He immediately agreed to fix my daughter’s hair. I decided to get a blowout while I waited for her and Celeste did a fantastic job. The young lady who shampooed our hair (I think her name was Natalia) was super-​sweet and engaging. I didn’t expect to find my new salon in a strip mall but BAM Style is now it! I made three more appointments before I left. My tween daughter was beaming she was so happy with the results. I love that they are open 7 days a week and stay open later than most local salons. They are also more trendy and up on modern techniques than the other local salons. All of the employees were so accommodating and the thing I loved most is that they were all so much fun!

I just came in for a Brazilian Split end treatment and it was fantastic! I have really curly hair and was afraid to do it but Celeste did a great job. My blow out was phenomenal, would definitely come back the staff are very friendly, and the owners are too.

This place used to be busy and quick. Now you have to wait forever just for a manicure because only one worker is working. And the worst part is the 3 owners are just standing around — they could actually do work — manicures etc so ppl are not waiting. I will never come back because of the slow service.
