I thought going through a credit union would be a better option than a larger bank who only cares about money. I was definitely wrong! I contacted Community Choice via their website about a mortgage refinance. After the initial email asking for my phone number so we could talk I never received another correspondence. I emailed Greg back multiple times and never heard from him again. It’s been 3 weeks and I’m taking my business some place else!

It’s nice belonging to a credit union instead of a large bank. But there should be some advantages to it, too, right? Better customer service, shorter waits, etc. Right? Nope, not here. I type this review on my phone, waiting in line, after waiting 10 minutes already. And there are only two people in front of me. 5 workers(including one for the drive through, even there has been no one in the drive through since I’ve been here.) Poorly managed? I don’t know what the deal is, but I’ve been less and less happy with this credit union, and am about ready to switch if the experience continues being this bad.
