I cannot remember the last time I submitted a negative review on anything — I’m more of a walk away and never look back kind of person — but we’ve hit the three strike zone and I’m very frustrated. I went in on the recommendation of a few women who gave Yuli glowing reviews and had high expectations. I made it very clear that the one thing I was not willing to sacrifice was dimension in my very fine blonde hair. My requests were dismissed and Yuli proceeded to give me what she intended to be a single process platinum blonde treatment. It came up EXTREMELY brassy — completely unacceptable. Went back the next day and while she made it less brassy, it was still NOT what I went in for. Again my concerns were dismissed. I asked about products to help minimize the damage and Yuli didn’t just suggest some items, she opened the packaging and charged me over $ 120 for product. The final straw is the $ 320 charge I just got on my credit card for my 17 year old daughter’s highlights! Are you kidding me??? We are in New HOPE, not New YORK! Never again.

She did my hair way too light and brassy, and I had been coming to her for several months. I don’t mind that; the problem is that she was rude when I had to come in and get a toner put on. Yuli, the owner, charged me $ 100 for the toner and her assistant told me the owner wasn’t going to charge me, but she did. I was very polite and she treated me very rudely. Another warning: She doesn’t make her prices public and then she gets you for a ridiculous amount. (One color and cut was $ 360. And she said it wouldn’t wash out, and it did!).
