I would give PMC zero stars if possible. As other reviewers have mentioned, the gym is a joke. At least two out of five broken cardio machines at all times, and no complete set of free weights under 25 pounds. The TVs don’t work, and there’s never any sanitizer in there. The courtyard is full of piles of dog poop EVERYWHERE you look (or step). When I complain (which I have done numerous times) the only response (if I even get a response) is for PMC to send out their maintenance staff to clean up some. Then within a few days it’s just as disgusting as usual. On top of all this they somehow skirt CT state laws and do not provide recycling. The icing on the cake, though, is that they just sent out memos to everyone about how we need to comply with CT state laws and separate our recycling into the blue bins provided on each floor. However, they failed to mention that after that the recycling is just dumped straight into the trash dumpster. There are no recycling dumpsters here whatsoever, and PMC is not only not providing recycling, but accusing residents of breaking the law when it is actually PMC who is breaking the law.
Also, my toilet has been leaking for months, and I have a window that let in at least a half a gallon of water (no joke) after a huge rainstorm in December. Neither has been fixed.
Seriously, if you are considering moving in here run the other way.

Laughable that this is listed as a gym or fitness center. Most people who live in the building go to an outside gym anyway. The fitness area has a few old machines and free weights that are not kept up, and has dead air and no music. Don’t pay to use this.

Beautiful interior and excellent location! However, guest parking is a nightmare, the gym and lounge areas are consistently 47 – 52 degrees during the winter, and there is no building manager to reach easily for complaints/​help with problems. PMC is a very poor managing group.
