The BEST Chinese cart on Cedar Street, I’ve been a loyal customer of Lui’s Lunch for years. Her General Tso’s chicken is excellent, I also like the Sesame seed chicken w/​steamed dumplings. Soups are very good too, esp on a cold day.
She’s there 7 days a week, just about everyday of the year, the 2nd Chinese cart south of Jon’s Lunch at the intersection of York & Cedar.
