My husband purchased my engagement ring here and we went back to get our wedding bands. The owner Jerry is amazing. He has great taste and helped my husband design my engagement ring and helped me design my wedding band. It needed to be custom in order to fit well with my engagement ring and I was in somewhat of a panic. I am by no means a jewelry expert and was very wary of having something custom made AKA made for me– no give backs lol. Jerry worked with both of us and was very patient as we went back a whole bunch of times with no decisions made. He gave me his honest opinion which most of the time I agreed with but sometimes did not. I appreciated his honesty. He also worked with us to design something that was beautiful and within our budget. I have recommended Graffio’s to others and hope that people seek out a locally owned business run by someone who really knows his stuff!
