My bridesmaids and I got our hair done here for my wedding and I am so glad we did! I have SUPER thick hair which can be fun when getting updos but they did an amazing job! Both my bridesmaids with normal thickness hair looked amazing and were happy as well. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for an updo.
They also recommended an airbrush makeup artist who came and did my makeup in the salon. This made for a stress free wedding morning! My makeup looked great– I would trust their recommendations for makeup any day!

Had my hair cut by Erica and it was wonderful. Not only did she do a great job on my hair, she made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She is so friendly and listened to the exact way I wanted my hair done.

Horrible, unprofessional experience.
The Aesthetician would not stop talking about her personal life. After my glycolic peel, she recommended a procedure she can do for me to help with my sun spots. She told me that «I am not supposed to do it because we do not do this procedure at the spa but I do it all the time so if you want I can do it.» I agreed and within seconds of putting salicylic acid on my face and having it drip down my cheek onto my neck, my face was burning and red. She wiped it off and told me the burning was normal and my face would be red for a few days. I left the salon feeling like something went wrong. Over the course of weeks that turned into months, my face has still not healed. She not only created darker scars on my face, she created new scars on my face and neck. I was horrified and embarrassed to go anywhere. I can’t begin to tell you what my face look liked! The worst part is that when I called the salon to speak to her and the owner, all they did was try to make up ridiculous excuses saying «this has never happened before, are you sure nothing was wrong with you?»…and would also not admit to applying salicylic. There was no follow-​up call, no apology, etc. I was made to feel like there was something wrong with me. They are so lucky that I did not pursue legal action. I have waited months to write this review because I am not the kind of person who likes to make people feel bad. But it has been eating away at me that all this time has passed and I have never gotten a call from them and I’m left with horrible scars on my face. It’s so upsetting and unacceptable. They need to be accountable for what they did and do and what they allow their aesthetician to do behind closed doors. I hope this review will prevent further clients from getting a salicylic spot treatment, which was not in the menu, and having someone who you assume is professional ruin your face.
