Came here at 6 pm and order half a dozen cookies. They only had 2. I said I would wait for however long it would take to make some more. They just said no pick another kind we aren’t going to make more.(Which doesn’t make any sense because it is peak dinner time and it’s is chocolate chip cookies which are the most popular.) Then I asked for a refund then instead because chocolate chip is the only kind I like. They said no they didn’t know how to do that. I said well I want a refund, and I don’t want any other cookies. They said the manager might be here in the morning, but they don’t know when or how long. I asked when will he/she be here for sure; they looked at me a shrugged. Moral of the story: TERRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE. It’s not like I should be grateful to come and spend my money here. They are undertrained, cannot deal with disgruntled customers, and are understaffed. Used to come here a lot. Now I think I’ll just go to Crumb and Cup or Creno’s instead.

I went to the subway in new Concord and they worked real hard to get my order. The place was very busy and they still got my order done in a hurry. so the service there is very awesome. The people there are very friendly and they do rush making your sandwiches and perfectly. My compliments to the is worth going to.

Just ordered three foot longs and felt as though I was bothering them by ordering. The orders were simple, straight forward but as I was talking to my sister, I heard«hello? hello?! PAYATTENTION!» As soon as the woman pulled it out of the oven. I would understand if they were busy but we legit the only ones there. We took the sandwiches to go and they were thrown on the counter after we paid. Just got home to eat and one of the sandwiches bread is super stale. Next time I’m going to pick a different place to eat.
