Save-A-Lot Grocery

This supermarket is hard to find because it is tucked away in the back of a strip mall but it is worth looking for. This is truly a no-​frills supermarket. They carry lots of lesser-​known brands but at consistently low prices. You can really stretch your grocery budget here if you know what to look for, so take your time when you shop. Of particular interest to me is the chocolate milk. This is one of the rare places where chocolate milk isn’t more expensive than regular milk.
This supermarket is often busy. Checkout lines can be long at times but cashiers are reasonably fast at their jobs. Customers bag their own groceries. Bring your own shopping bags or there’ll be a small charge for plastic bags.
