Arby’s

We stop around 8:45 and we see that people were getting out of their cars while in the drive through lane. Then we heard a lady yelling «THAT’S HOW YOU GOING TO TREAT MY FRIES!!!» Then the people in front of us also get out of the car and go in angrily. Then when we reach the window we see why the two other people left their cars. First of all, when they get to us we asked if they could review our order. So they give us the wrong receipt twice after and when they actually have our receipt the order is half way filled out on the paper, so they ask us again, but we left. In conclusion all I have to say is that Arby’s claims to «have the meats», but today they «have the nothing!»

So my son and I go to Arby’s after work. We sit in the drive thru for 5 minutes. We hear the speaker pop on, I figure give them a minute, they see us. They then proceed to turn off all the lights on the menu and their outside lights. I get it, it was 10pm, but hours are not posted at the drive thru. Very unprofessional! We drove past the window and the girl cleaning the machine was watching us from the corner of her eye. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism from the employees working tonight. The least they could have done was tell us we are sorry we are closing, instead of shutting it down while we were sitting there. Will never patronize that location again… Apologize for the one star, it would not let me proceed without clicking at least one :/

While I rarely eat from fast food chains, I was shopping nearby and had a coupon. I ordered a beef and cheddar sandwich meal, just like I enjoyed when I was a kid.
The sandwich itself was alright, but very sloppily made. It took nearly 10 minutes to receive my order, which seemed ridiculous considering all they need to do is slap some meat and squeeze some cheese between two buns.
But the worst part was that it made me sick for 2 days. Beginning the next morning, I could barely eat anything and always felt like I wanted to vomit. I already knew that Arby’s didn’t have quality food, but I was craving a sandwich and took a risk anyway. Now I will be avoiding them at all costs.

After seeing a dozen commercials for the new smoked beef brisket sandwich, thought I would give it a try. Got the combo with curly fries. Not sure what made me sick for 24 hours, but both of them tasted awful. I’ve been there quite a few times, and the curly fries are usually great. Won’t be returning.

This Arby’s is located in a strip mall near Home Depot /​Pathmark along US-​13. It’s pretty much standard Arby’s fast food. I’ve been here a few times and never had a problem with service or cleanliness.
