This is the spot when you want good pizza not greasy, burnt old pizza like most of New Brunswick. Excluding Filipo’s the Ben

The service was great! The place deserves 5 for the staff. The pizza, however, could improve with the dough – kinda rubbery. One half of the pizza was four cheese, which was tasty. The other half was pineapple but the fruit didn’t taste fresh. Calzone was good except the dough was kinda rubbery too.

When I go to jersey and get pizza I expect to fold it in half just like this picture. We had delivery in our hotel. It came quick less than half hour. It was hot. And I enjoyed it. The real deal.

I love this place. Great salads which come with home made rolls. Love their subs. They also serve desserts and espresso.

This is my spot! This is a fam owned business (hard to find these days) and the food is excellent. It’s basically downtown quality food — in the hood. My favorite is the Chicken Caesar wrap (nice n hot), and any of their gourmet pizzas. Their pizzas are creative and delicious.

I have eaten lunch here frequently while at a nearby work site. Good food and generous portions all for a reasonable price. This is a real family-​run place and the staff is great. They have some good stuff beyond the typical sub/​pizza shop fare, and some nice, sort of fancy frozen desserts. The pizza-​by-​the-​slice offerings are large, tasty, and change day to day.
The neighborhood surrounding the plaza this place is in is a bit depressed, I’m not sure I bring someone here for an evening dinner, but if you find yourself in the area for whatever reason, or for take-​out, this shop offers great food and a great value for your money. A cut above your typical pizza place, I think.

To be honest, the pizza here is probably in the 3 category but everything else here is so top notch that an overall rating of 4 is entirely justified.
This place is very clean and ownership here is super-​friendly and very accommodating. It looks nothing like any of the other pizza places in the area. It is very bright and well set up with the counters, tables, etc.
The pizza is very pleasing visually but while some slices have tasted really good, some have been just OK. They make all kinds of specialty slices but my guess is that they don’t have a big turnover on some of them. As a result, the freshness that makes their plain slice so good may be missing in some of the other slices. The other day I had a tomato slice with basil that was excellent and a white slice with some really stiff ricotta cheese that was meh.
To date, I have not tried anything but pizza but they do have a full Italian menu. A friend said she catered from there once and was very pleased. They do have a $ 5 two slice and soda special but at $ 2.25 for a plain slice, it is a little pricey particular considering their location away from the George St/​Easton Ave hub.
