Wow, there is so much bad about this business, and its sole proprietor(A. J. Nunn). I’ll stick to the major points and facts. First of all, be warned not to let this guy come near your home or property. The shoddy workmanship and issues that he left behind after he claimed he had completed the gutter clean on my home were as follows: 1. Didn’t even bring his own hose. Instead he unfortunately used mine. Soon after he left, I discovered that he’d stretched one hose so far in getting across the roof that he pulled its reel spool frame partially off the side of the masonry facia of the home as well as cracked the fitting that attaches the hose to the reel hub rendering the whole thing leaking and unusable. 2. Did not use a pressure washer as advertised. Instead(as explained above), he used my outdoor hoses with a screw on nozzle that he’d brought. The result was that a meaningful amount of shingle granules remained sitting in the bottom of the gutters. When I pointed it out, his answer was that the next rain should finish pushing most of it out. Unbelievable! 3. Left all of the debris and shingle granules washed through the down spouts piled on the concrete porch, drive-way, and garden surfaces. No clean-up. 4. Said he’d fix a right angle corner seam in the rear gutter that was leaking, said that he tests it when done, and he guarantees his finished repair to not leak. He said his charge for this repair is $ 30.00. I agreed to let him do the repair, and unfortunately handed him the check too soon. Later, I observed that all he did was spend about 5-minutes using a caulk gun to smear on some gutter seam sealing compound. When I asked if he was going to test it for leaks, his answer was that he can’t because it’s too wet, needs to dry for 2-days, and I can test it myself after that. What a liar this guy is! Next he pointed out that part of the problem that was causing the leaking was that the rear surface of the gutter was bowed out a bit from the facia board, and could likely be fixed by applying a screw to hold it back. When I asked what is stopping him from doing so, his answer was the same excuse, that it needed to dry first. Needless to say, the first rain that happened about 1-week later revealed that the same gutter seam was still leaking. I’ve called both of Mr. Nunn’s phone numbers listed on the Living Social certificate daily for several days in a row and left voice mails each time. I’ve never received a call back, which has made it clear to me that he is dodging and avoiding. Given the above, it is in everyone’s best interest to steer totally clear of this petty crook!

Took 3 calls to find out if service person was coming after not making appointment time. Guy showed up who says he was the owner and was rude? I sent him away! Save your time… look elsewhere.
