The Ranch at the Guadalupe has been the place I call home for a few years now and I couldn’t see myself living at any other complex in New Braunfels. The entire staff is very friendly and they go above and beyond for their residents. In my time here I’ve made relationships the will last a lifetime. Thank you ranch staff for always thinking about your residents!

Hot tub is ALWAYS broken. Lights always out. Trash and cigarette butts all over the place. The worst is that the plants are all dead due to lack of care. We loved the staff here, but chose to move for better upkeep elsewhere.

Staff is unprofessional and I sent in a few maintenance request orders to fix a few things in my kitchen and no one has ever come by or called. My experience here has been horrible and I’ve only lived here for a month in a half!
