First and foremost
Why is everyone eating behind the counter?
Arrived and I stood in line for about 10mins, the lady in front was upset and was wondering why they were taking so long.
There were 4 employees /​front counter eating and filing orders while attending customers.
McDonalds need to make some changes on this one.

Food was very good, ordering it was a joke. Wanted to order sausage, egg and cheese biscuit, but they don’t have on breakfast menu as meal. So I just asked for the bacon, egg and cheese sub sausage for bacon. $ 5.19 plus tax. The young lady gives me a total of $ 7.45. I was a bit shocked to say the least. She then explains there is an up-​charge for the sausage. Wow!
I have a son who has worked for McDonald’s for a few years now so I kind of know about what they charge extra for and have never been charged extra for subing sausage for bacon. I understand each location can have their own policies but wow if they are doing this to everyone. Just not right, but I guess they are in business to make money. Won’t be returning to this location again any time soon.

This place is a mess. I don’t know if it is because it is on pretty much everyone’s stop on their way to Schlitterbahn or if this place is just naturally a mess, but regardless, it’s pretty bad. When the lines start to form there is pretty much little to no organization when it comes to handling the crowd. On top of that they tell out your number when your order is ready, causing even more bottlenecking when everyone is standing around waiting for their meal. My cashier was clearly over it and was rude.
This is all a shame because the food was pretty well assembled (I can’t say it was good because it is typical McDs but they seemed to have taken their time and it didn’t feel like our meal was hastily thrown together. Kudos)
I feel this place could really fix their issues if they could come up with someway to handle the crowds that form.
