Great restaurant, everything was fresh. Good chicken fried steak, French toast, JFK sandwich. Try homemade chocolate chip cookie cheesecake! Super friendly & accommodating staff. Not sure what the other reviewers got, but I loved it & will be going back.

We went here to eat lunch. I was kind of leary when we pulled up because it looked run down on the outside. When we got inside it wasn’t much better. It was very old inside and very dirty looking. They sat us at a table near a long fish tank that looked gross and unclean. It also had a very weird smell. We decided not to stay and went somewhere else. Would not recommend this place. Very dirty!!’

While the food was not bad the service and speed were terible. I say not bad but how hard is it to make a couple of fried eggs and hash browns and a piece of grilled ham? Ham was great, hash browns were not brown (wife’s were), english muffin not toasted, egss not hot at time of service, coffee was luke warm, water was served from a kitchen faucet. We arrived at 9:00 am on a sunday and did not get our food for 50 minutes. Several groups came in and left in frustration. This is no way to run a restaurant. I had to serve myself with coffee and water. I can’t imagine ever going back to this place. It’s a shame because it’s in a great location and could be a top notch place. I tipped our server out of compassion. She was sweet but if I was her I would find another job. True rating would be 1.5 stars.
