I can’t say enough positive about Homefield. We purchased our Rainbow Play System Playscape from Homefield about 3 years ago. It was installed exactly as we requested by a polite and efficient crew. A few weeks after installation we began to see black spots developing on our playscape and contacted Homefield. Not only did the manager Jason instantly agree to replace the damaged pieces, he came out personally to take a look and brought the president of Rainbow Play Systems as well. Everything was made right within days and they even agreed to disassemble and reassemble the equipment while my son was at school so as not to upset him! I can say confidently that Homefield as well as Rainbow stand behind their products. Three years later our sons still use their playscape frequently and it has held up solidly. Recent subsequent purchases made for the system have been handled as though we are good friends rather than just customers which has prompted me to update my review. I would wholeheartedly recommend Homefield as the vendor of choice for any of your outdoor recreation purchases!

Really friendly and helpful staff. Went out of their way to help me get a special order item. Will be going back again for other items we need!
