You can find all kinds of weird bolts, screws you can’t get anywhere else, and if they don’t have it they can help you track it down. Or so they say. This location has aweful customer service. I have had 6 very poor experiences at this location over the span of 6 years. They don’t have a competitor so you just have to deal with lousy people. I’m not talking about the general employees, I’m talking about the head honcho at this location. This is a specialty store. Most people have never been to or heard of this business. So when you go here you should get specialty service. That’s what you get at every location I have been to besides this one. The regular employees don’t seem to know how to look up a specialty bolt or a specialty bit. They seem to get it wrong often so when I come to pick up my product, it’s wrong. Then the boss steps in he couldn’t care less. He makes it very clear that it’s probably your fault, the customer not the specialty bolt ordering employee ordering the wrong stuff. When I come into the store I bring a bolt or bit with me. Ice Age of a person I need this many off this product. Then they order it I come back to pick it up is wrong how is that my fault. Then the manager says oh well we’ll just have to reorder is going to be a few weeks. Few weeks goes by you receive no phone call. So you call and ask what the status is. Guess what? What order are you talking about we don’t have any order. They just act like they’re going to reorder it and then delete it. This has happened to 3 different times at this location with the same manager. He is either completely incompetent or malicious. I strongly recommend you go somewhere else. I can’t stand the store. The last time I was there was 4 months ago and I never got my order.
