And DR Horton has everything a buyer needs in house to help with a smooth buying process: mortgage services, title company, insurance and they even will provide you with a third party inspector. Not to mention they offer some of the lowest interest rates that I’ve seen, making most of these homes less than the average rents in New Braunfels.

Our son and his wife asked my husband and me to go to Avery Park when they were house hunting, to look at a model they liked. We were very impressed with the area and the homes. They have a nice community pool and lovely affordable homes with really nice amenities. We spoke to Mr John Robert, the sales person for Avery Park, and were also impressed with his knowledge and attentativeness. The local elementary school is a real plus and shopping is nearby and easy to get to. Our son and his wife bought a house in Avery Park and are enjoying it and their nice neighbors.
