The best gym in town! The trainers are all very knowledgable and guide each individual on the best exercises for they needs taking in consideration all physical challenges. Relaxing and inspirating experience!

I’ve been a member for roughly 15 months so my opinion is probably a little bias. Alpha CrossFit the best gym in New Braunfels — hands down. The coaches are smart and they take special care to make sure you know what you’re doing. The programming is solid so you get a great workout everytime… I’ve learned that the easier the WOD looks, the more it will destroy me. The facility is big — large enough to accommodate a large group of crossfiters at one time with room to spare. I love this place. I’ve made some good friends and I’ve gotten in pretty great shape. You won’t regret joining.

I was in New Braunfels for my fiancé’s class reunion and dropped in for a class. The owners, Chris and Lauren, were extremely nice and knowledgeable. The members were great as well. If you find yourself in NB for work or pleasure, I strongly recommend you dropping in.
