BEWARE! Do not be fooled by the pleasant office staff that do a great job making people feel good about using this practice. I had an implant placed and months later the abutement and crown broke and the Dr. removed the crown/​abutement and advised to rest the implant despite the fact that the implant itself seemed loose. Months went by and the implant never firmed up. The doctor checked it numerous times, never ever mentioning it needed to be removed and replaced. Almost a year later he called and informed me he was leaving the practice and to come in and have him check it at which time he pulled the implant out. I was left with nothing. When I made an appt with the new owner he made it clear he was not responsible for any work done prior to his June1, 2015 take over. IMO, this practice will not honor their work. They will take no responsibility if their products are defective and will not even finish out treatment if things go wrong. I also believe that I was lied to for an entire year that the implant could firm up because once implants are lose, they are to be promptly removed and redone according to experts. Be very cautious doing implants with this company!
