Adorable place with wonderful service. Also a fan of the variety of hours it’s open, perfect for a late night treat

I wish I could give this place a higher rating but the new ownership is terrible. Hours are inconsistent… Why is this place always closed when I want a strawberry cupcake? Terrible customer service, for example, lady behind the counter always crying and one time I heard her scream at another lady to SHUTUP for five minutes straight. ANDSHEWASN’T EVENSAYINGANYTHING! I think she might have schizophrenia or something. Not family friendly business at all.

Cute, Sweet, and Good! We tried slices of the apple cinnamon pie and the pecan pie. The pecan was the winner although they were both really good. Get the arnold palmer with the hibiscus lemonade. It was a very refreshing treat after a hot summers day activity.

I went with a group of 4 women and we ordered an assortment of baked things and lattes. YOUHAVETOEATALLTHETHINGS!!! They put salt on top of their peanut butter cookies and it’s flipping amazing. The scones were amazing, the cinnamon roll was amazing, the pig in a blanket was amazing, EVERYTHINGWASAMAZING. We were four happy fatties, rolling on out of there, all of us filled with butter and sugar. The only thing I’d pass on would be the bean empanada. Interesting concept, but get a scone instead! NOM!

we checked this place out on a day trip to new braunfels. I enjoyed everything about it! we ordered the milk & honey macaron, rosewater macaron, a slice of oreo cheesecake, a floral cookie, a popsicle-shaped cookie along with the cortado and an espresso. we also saw some beautiful cakes being brought out for other customers. very impressed with this bakery and we can’t wait to go back again.

I have only used 2Tarts for my son’s birthday cakes. While they are expensive their cakes have been exquisite and delicious! The bakers perfectly balance my wants with their creativity and I’ve been pleased every time. My monetary review is referring to their cakes only. I couldn’t tell you how much a single cupcake costs.

What do I miss most about living in New Braunfels? Without question it’s 2tarts. The staff are all friendly. The coffee is thoughtfully selected and brewed. The tunes from the turntable(whether it’s Led Zeppelin or Nancy Sinatra) are always the perfect complement to the environment. But you could throw ALL those things out the window and I’d still go there for the baked goods. The Oreo cupcake with buttercream frosting is worth trying and retrying. The vegan lemon cupcake is somehow moist and fluffy and goes down deliciously in the cruel central Texas summer heat. Then there’s the red velvet bread pudding. I can’t even find words to describe the red velvet bread pudding. Just get a cup of coffee and that bread pudding and make sure you have a pen and paper, because it is ABSOLUTELY something to write home about. I miss you, 2tarts!

I’m here daily. Almost. No lie. :) my very favorite place in New Braunfels, and THE place I send people who are new to the area or just visiting. I could suggest my favorite item, but I’m not sure there are enough characters available. If the sea salt and sage shortbread, however, is in the case GETIT. And the coffee. These guys know what they’re doing. :) Oh. And the chocolate chip cookies.

Great coffee, great ambiance, great baked goods. Such a gem for NB! I love coming here to grab an iced coffee and catch up with friends. I really like their empanadas and their cupcakes, particularly carrot cake and red velvet. They have cute outdoor seating that’s great on nice days. Side note — I also got my wedding cake here. Honestly, I’m not even a cake person but that thing was amazing!

Finally tried 2 tarts today! 5 stars all the way around. First off the décor in the café is the cutest! Smells Devine in there. Lots of seating and wifi. The case is full of beautiful pastries. All types! The gentleman helping us today was very friendly and patient as we decided what to order. I like that there was no rush or pressure to choose and he was glad to answer our questions about the sweets. We chose to take our order to go and it was beautifully and carefully packaged in a pink box for us. Very pleased with the prices too. Later at home I tried the jumbo cinnamon roll… and wow. Heaven. So fresh and delicious. I have yet to try the brownie or pecan pie but I know they will be equally delectable.

Wish I had never stumbled into this place. Suddenly a 45 min drive to NB seems like nothing! Had the sausage wrapped thing and it was unlike anything I had ever had like it! It was the most buttery biscuit wrap I’ve even tasted. It flaked and crumbled but managed to stay pretty much intact. Took a Nutella scone and a cranberry almond scone to friends and they were blown away. Transitional scones are dry… Not these! Scrumptious!!! They also had beautiful cookies and cupcakes. I was told by a local that the key lime pie was the best she’d ever had… It’s not if, but when, I’ll go back

I LOVE this spot. The ingredients are authentic, products are creative and delicious, staff is so friendly and helpful, and the vibe is UNREAL. COFFEE: gotta love Cuvée.(I’m obsessed with the iced lattes here.) There’s also an awesome tea selection if you’re a tea-drinker. SWEETS: Can’t go wrong. Honestly. My favorites are the cheesecakes, the mocha espresso cupcakes(is that what they’re called?) and the freakin chocolate chip cookies are amazing.(Ps, what beautiful cookies!!) SAVORY: I love the pigs in a poncho, the frittatas are delicious, and the empanadas are awesome too!

If pie is your comfort food(like me), then you’ve found the right place. Their pastries are on point and each works of culinary art; nevertheless, their pie is wants blows my mind and my taste buds, warming my heart with reminiscing memories of childhood. The attention to detail in site, scent, and taste proves this bakery loves their art, and I love the way they showcase. P. S. I love their taste in music(on a 45)!

I didn’t think the desserts were that great, I’ve have better at many other places. I also didn’t like the liberal usage of food coloring on the pastries. Food coloring is toxic, fyi. Perhaps natural coloring would be a better choice, but I doubt that this place caters to people that care about that stuff. the quiche was not good at all. The tiramisu had water in the bottom of the plastic cup.

I do love this place. but I really only get 2 main things. The peanut butter cups(pic included) and the chocolate gf torte. The chocolate peanut butter cup is AMAZING. GF, dark chocolate, real peanut butter and fair trade sugar. I do not know if they have eggs in it? So might want to ask if you have an egg allergy. Also the chocolate gf torte has a little bit of butter in it, but the rest is real ingredients. My daughter always gets the cinnamon roll and when i used to eat gluten, I remember this was the best CR I had ever had. They are kind of expensive. 2PB cups, torte and mini bunt cake cost us about $ 15.00 w/the tip we left. The portions are not huge, but the quality of product makes up for that. If in New Braunfels try this place out. because after The Red Oak Bakery, this is my 2nd fav. place.

I love this place. It’s decorated so cute, the employees are very friendly, and I everything I’ve tried there(which is a lot) has been delicious. My boyfriend says their cheesecake is the best he has ever tasted, and their peanut butter pie is his favorite. I love their key lime pie and their cookies. Their iced cookies are always so cute. My roommate had them make the cake for a wedding shower, and another friend from San Antonio had them do her wedding cake(she came this far for it). This little bakery is just amazing and I hope they stay comfortably in business for as long as they wish to!

I normally avoid cupcake-specialized bakeries with glowing, colorful showcases, but my family decided to give this place a try! Cupcakery-cupcakes i’ve had in the past have had rock-hard, excessively sweet, dense frosting with a dense, solid cake. This place was an awesome surprise. I tried their irish cream cupcake. The drop of salted caramel on top of whipped frosting was heavenly. The cake was loose and moist. The frosting was so good that i could probably eat it by itself without feeling sick afterwards. However, with tax, one cupcake came out to be $ 4! I could get a dozen cupcakes from the grocery store(which are quite fresh and soft as well) for maybe $ 7. I have to admit, this place is really fun and smells like delicious coffee. Even for the price, i’d definitely return.
