The Raines Group has a process and a philosophy that is heads and tails above all the other realtors in my area. They’re better at marketing, better at pricing, better at negotiation, better at staging than anyone we’ve seen. Using anyone else will cost you time and money. They sold our house in under 45 days, for significantly more money than any other home on our street, even helping to work through an appraisal that didn’t meet the purchase price. Fantastic experience with them — specifically Darcie Barton, Marian Halliday and Sandy.

We were first-​time homebuyers and moving into the area from out of state, so finding a knowledgeable, reliable, and outgoing real estate agent was very important to us. We were blown away by Renee Mougin’s work throughout the entire process!
