Worst location I’ve ever visited, DO NOT GO HERE. I’ve gone to this location 4 times and every time the order I receive is incorrect.
I’ve had missing food, food not made the way I ordered it (I say no onions, receipt says no onions, burger is covered in onions), all burgers have been sloppy with ketchup and mustard all over the outside of the bun, all of it has been cold, and missing nuggets from 10 pieces (usually 7 or 8 in the pack).
All of these orders were between 9:30pm and midnight. The staff is usually kids who clearly don’t care, night manager is a larger male who is apologetic but clearly has no control of his kitchen. I’ve submitted complaints to their customer service and it was passed along to that franchises owners. I’ve never heard back from them. They do not care that they serve what other locations would put in the garbage. Spend your money anywhere else!

Every time I go here, cold food. Rude service. I went here last night and got a quarter pounder with cheese meal. The fries were cold and so was my cheese burger. They were out of sweet tea and the guy closed the window before I could ask for ketchup and then was annoyed when I was waiting for him to come back so I could as for ketchup. I would say they need more people at night but they wouldn’t be able to pay for the help.

The absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced. First off, receiving an accurate order is impossible. 3 or 4 dollars to be out isn’t the issue, it’s the fact that every time we go it happens. This adds up. Then we once again visit the location months later to give the place another chance, and, you guessed it. Another screwed up order. Funny how they never give you TOO MUCH of something. So we call the manager to complain, and he ends up with an attitude refusing to replace the food missing then hangs up on my wife. Called corporate who is going to address the situation. UNBELIEVABLE. You want $ 15 an hour? Trust me, you’re way overpaid as it is…

I stop for an egg mcmuffin nearly every day. The drive thru is one of the fastest lines I have seen. I agree with another review that they could dust off their toaster and use it. Overall good breakfast. I only eat breakfast at Mickey D’s

This is the worst McDonald’s location I have ever been to. I live in New Albany and its the only one here. It has been a MASSIVE disappointment EVERY time I’ve been there. Food always room temperature even got cold food that seemed like it sat for hours… on several occasions!
Ordered the strawberry lemonade and got the frozen one. Had them remake it… no strawberries and paid $ 1.99 for mostly ice. This place sucks. I’ve had it and plan in calling their head office to get my money for all the crappy meals I’ve tried to get there. Also the drive through staff… unpleasant with an attitude! All my coworkers also avoid this location because of bad food and bad service.

I had wrote the below review on 7÷1÷2014, which was on Unilocal for a while but not sure why it was removed (paid to be removed by McDonalds possibly?) but here it is again.
I rarely stop and get breakfast anywhere before work but I was starving this morning so with McDonald’s the closest option I ran through the drive-​thru. I got what I normally get on the infrequent times I eat at McDonald’s, 2 sausage and egg McMuffin meals and 2 white milks.
I almost always check the expiration date on the milk from McDonald’s as at least half the time it is already expired (this is true for any McDonald’s I’ve been to, not just this one). If it’s expired then I’ll ask them to give me 2 that haven’t expired yet. I was running a little late this morning so I didn’t bother to check the dates until I was already on 161. My mistake, as both of the milks had expired on 6÷29÷14. I opened one anyways and just from the smell I could tell it was already starting to go bad.
As for the McMuffins, the sausage and egg were fine, but the muffins on both hadn’t even been toasted. I’m not a huge muffin fan as it is, but when I do eat them (and as they are supposed to be on this sandwich), the muffins are supposed to be toasted some. After a few bites I had to take off the sausage and egg and eat that while the muffins were put back in the bag to be trashed.
The only positive I can say is that at least the hash browns were good. I don’t like McDonald’s non-​breakfast food as it is (it makes me sick) and after today I won’t be stopping there for breakfast anymore either.
