McDonald’s

I have never encountered a more poorly ran and staffed fast food restaurant… period. It used to only be during the overnight and early morning hours when you would encounter rude employees, poorly prepared food, and long delays, but now it seems now every shift is full of these problems.
Frankly, the lousy employee attitude is what cuts it with me. Laziness, disinterest in customers and a general lousy attitude are the order of the day for the employees of this McDonald’s. Not that the situation is much improved at the Charlestown Rd. location, but it is slightly better. The Grant Line Rd. location beats them both.
Avoid this location at all costs.

My Big Mac was good, but the service was awful. I don’t expect much from a McDonald’s, but I still will greet people with a smile to hope that they return the positive attitude. There was arguing between coworkers behind the counter and the woman who took my order was completely rude to my friend and me. I hardly come to this location, but I don’t think it’s that hard to be polite.

I am not sure the manager of this store is aware of the unbelievable delays at the stores drive thru. I am a huge McDonalds fan and I my food here is still good but it is extremely inefficient. There are as many cars that pull off that are in line. I not impatient and always look for reasons for the delays like staff not showing up but it’s never the same day or time. I am only posting this on hopes the manager can get this real problem fixed because the food is geat

The service was actually decent but the food was terrible. Worst filet of fish I have ever had at a McDonalds. It was fried to death, ditto for the French fries. How hard can it be? Put frozen fries in the fryer. Start the timer, timer goes off, take French fries out, put salt, done but they managed to either mess it up or it was refried food. I would only go back there if I was actually starving.

I HATE this McDonalds. I have never met such idiots in my life. I would say another word but will keep it clean. I refuse to go to this place anymore. It was convenient for me sometimes because I live so close but half the time the staff is rude and the food is gross.

I’ll start off by telling u the one positive about this place… they have the best filet o fish sandwich out of most mcdonalds.
but on the real here, the service is horrible and the staff is rude. I’ve met a handful of pleasant people there but mostly it’s the management that has a bad attitude. you r lucky to get a thank u.
the food usually isn’t that good. the burgers are so greasy it’s ridiculous.
the breakfast food is usually what I go there for (out of desparation bc I work night shift) and the burritos are usually hard. the biscuits are hard as a rock. the bagels are chewy. the gravy is gross. the pancakes are dry. and on and on…
but hey, they remodeled and now have a double drive thru– so they can serve u crappy food without a smile twice as fast!
