Rude and unprofessional staff, including the manager. I didn’t go to see a doctor and I don’t plan on it.

Did a somewhat decent job on my broken hand I do have to say, but treated me as if I was a dope head when I told them the pain medicine they gave me didnt work at all. They also man handled my hand 2 weeks after surgery and then acted as if I was faking it when I told them to stop because I was in too much pain. They started pinching real hard on the place where I had a pin freshly put into my skin and still acted like I was faking it when I said it hurt and said,“Oh well we’ll just have to see what the x-ray shows.” As if an xray will show how much pain a person is in. One of the nurses were alright but Dr. Ozyurekoglu was, quite frankly, an asshole.

Be prepared to wait for a long time whether its out in the waiting room or inside the actual observation room. Staff is not that friendly and seem unorganized. Also, more than likely you will be seen by a student. I miss Dr. Kutz working there, he seemed experienced, slow, but experienced. My last visit seemed rushed. I had to ask for x-rays and i felt irritated having to tell the Drs. things they should already know that should have been in my chart.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. I waited 2 ½ hours and still did not see a Doctor. I walked out. I refuse to give business to anyone who does not value my time. What is the point of making an appointment?

My wife has had arm and neck pain for over two years and the Doctors in our area have done nothing so we went to Louisville to see Dr. Tuna at Klienert Kutz and within a month she had surgery for an entrapped ulnar nerve. Dr. Shee(sp?) did the surgery and although she has pain from the surgery, the neck and arm pain appear to be relieved. I would recommend this skilled group for anyone with neck, shoulder, and arm problems.
