I ordered a case of a food item. They shipped it as is — no outer box and the case wasn’t designed to be shipped. Fedex had to repack it. When I notified them that it arrived damaged there was no response.

I ordered a Wacom pen from their website on April 11, 2013. It didn’t come and it didn’t come. I sent an email to ask where it was. No response. I sent another email, which was responded to — Simply Solutions said it would be shipped out in a week. A week later I got an automated email saying the pen would be shipped out in three weeks. FOUR weeks after that… still no pen. So I emailed AGAIN, and this time Simply Solutions’ response was something along the lines of «yeah funny! That item is discontinued! So you’re actually not getting it!» It shouldn’t have taken them seven weeks and many inquiries on my part to figure this out. I would definitely not buy from Simply Solutions again.
